The forum exhibition brought together startup and IT company projects, solutions in robotics and AI-powered drones, GameDev initiatives, as well as AI Talent Hub platforms featuring educational, expert, and practical engagement formats. This reflects Kazakhstan’s strategic commitment to building a unified digital ecosystem.

The delegation leaders were introduced to artificial intelligence solutions designed for public administration, industry, and urban infrastructure.
Vice Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of Kazakhstan Dmitry Mun presented several key infrastructure initiatives, including the multi-agent platform AlemGPT, which covers 35 public services, and the National AI Platform project.

In the field of digital infrastructure, visitors were presented with data center and energy development projects. Chairman of the Management Board of Kazakhtelecom Bagdat Mussin showcased a visualization of the draft “Data Center Valley” project, which envisions the phased development of a technology cluster, the launch of AI data centers with a capacity of 50 MW each, and the expansion of energy infrastructure.
Digital solutions for urban development were also showcased. In particular, Deputy Akim of Shymkent Arman Sabitov presented the ITS intelligent transportation system, the AIQYN digital school safety platform, and a unified drone infrastructure designed for rapid response in public safety, environmental monitoring, and city management.

In the area of human capital development and fintech, Freedom Holding Corp. presented its latest initiatives. Chief Executive Officer Timur Turlov highlighted projects focused on integrating artificial intelligence into education and business processes, including a joint initiative with OpenAI that provides educators across Kazakhstan with access to ChatGPT Edu. He also demonstrated Freedom’s AI solutions, including personal voice assistants for businesses and everyday services that automate operations and enhance the user experience within the company’s SuperApp ecosystem.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alageum Electric Group, Yerkebulan Ilyassov, presented a comprehensive Smart Grid solution aimed at building next-generation intelligent power networks. The architecture integrates power generation facilities, transmission and distribution lines, energy storage systems, smart devices, and end users into a single digital environment. The presentation also featured a transformer monitoring system and AI-powered solar generation forecasting solutions. According to the company, the implementation of digital substations and related technologies can reduce technical losses by up to 30%, commercial losses by 5–10%, lower peak loads by 10–15%, and achieve up to 95% forecasting accuracy through AI models.
Special attention was given to regional integration initiatives. Varos Simonyan, Member of the Board (Minister) for Internal Markets, Informatization, Information and Communication Technologies of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), presented the launch of cross-border electronic document exchange with a digital signature verification service in a B2B format. The system enables real-time document authentication and helps reduce administrative costs in interstate cooperation.
The Startup Alley also featured AI Startify Incubator, Auezov AI First, Ushqyn AI Operator, AIJan, and CortexAI, reflecting Kazakhstan’s efforts to build its own AI ecosystem—from university-based research projects to practical solutions for government, business, education, and healthcare.
