Global Outsourcer: Applications Open for Astana Hub’s Flagship Global Tech Sales Accelerator

The international innovation cluster Astana Hub has officially launched the third cohort of its Global Outsourcer acceleration program — an intensive course designed for tech teams ready to scale their export sales and expand into international B2B markets.

A total of 35 tech companies registered in Kazakhstan will be selected for this round. Participants will have the opportunity to systematize their processes, test hypotheses, and access new markets with real clients.

“Global Outsourcer has already become a key bridge between Kazakhstani tech companies and global markets. In the first two cohorts, participants signed 171 export contracts worth over $500,000 with clients from the US, Canada, Europe, the UAE, Turkey, Australia, and other regions. Today, we see how AI and well-structured processes are turning local teams into global players. This is not just an accelerator — it’s a practical tool for entering the global market and achieving real growth,” said Yerbol Akhmetov, Director of Business Programs at Astana Hub.

The program runs for three months and consists of three stages: Lead Generation Bootcamp, Export Sales Lab, and Revenue Acceleration Track. Participants will learn advanced client acquisition techniques, build export infrastructure, and develop go-to-market strategies. A special focus is placed on the use of AI to automate the sales funnel — from first contact to deal closure. Throughout the program, teams will work with tools like GPT agents, Clay, Apollo, PhantomBuster, and other technologies that enable a steady flow of leads from international clients in automated mode.

Eligible participants include IT companies or studios with confirmed revenue, a team of at least two developers, and a dedicated sales manager or a CEO involved in sales. Companies must be legally registered in Kazakhstan and possess conversational-level English for the target market. Selected teams will also have the opportunity to become Astana Hub residents.
