Glovo Startup Competition: €35,000 and a Two-Week Internship in Barcelona for Kazakhstani Startups

Astana Hub, in collaboration with Glovo, has launched the Glovo Startup Competition, offering IT startups and tech companies in Kazakhstan the chance to compete for a prize fund of €35,000 and a two-week internship at Glovo's main office in Barcelona.


Applications are accepted via the link until July 7 of this year.

Eligible participants for the Glovo Startup Competition include technological companies and startups in the MVP, PMF, or Scale stages. Hardware startups must have a developed working prototype. Projects must be registered, operate in Kazakhstan, and position themselves as Kazakhstani startups. Additionally, having recurring customers, sales, and raised investments are advantageous.

Following the competitive selection process, the top 12 teams will have the opportunity to present their startups and win cash prizes as follows: 1st place: €20,000 + internship in Barcelona, 2nd place: €10,000 + internship in Barcelona, 3rd place: €5,000.

Participants will receive individual advice from leading experts in technology and entrepreneurship, including Glovo co-founder Sacha Michaud, as part of the project.
