Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan Unite to Develop AI
Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan are collaborating to develop a strategy for artificial intelligence, according to Uzbekistan’s Minister of Digital Technologies, Sherzod Shermatov, in a report to a BES.media correspondent.
A key example of this collaboration is the partnership between Kazakhstan’s Astana Hub and IT Park Uzbekistan. These IT clusters actively support each other by developing startups and technology projects. At the upcoming ICT Week Uzbekistan, taking place in Tashkent from September 17 to 20, 2024, the stands of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan will be combined, symbolizing the joint efforts of both countries in advancing the region's IT sector.
