➤ The investment came from INMerge Ventures — a fund based in Baku backed by major Azerbaijani and Turkish organizations. This is its first deal in Kazakhstan.
➤ The first contact took place at Digital Bridge, and negotiations continued later in Doha at a closed Web Summit Qatar event. After due diligence, the fund gave a firm commitment.
Exclusively for Digital Business, UvU.kz co-founder and CEO Madiyar Toleugali shared the significance of the deal.

➤ Currently, UvU.kz operates in Almaty, Astana, and Jeddah. Through the platform, more than 30 companies and 15 private schools use shuttle and transfer services.
➤ The company plans to close its funding round in June 2026, strengthen its position in Kazakhstan, and increase the number of daily active shuttles to 600 — which could grow revenue approximately fourfold.
