The medical startup ImmuniGuide, a resident of Astana Hub, announces the official launch of its unique AI-based platform for assessing immune system health. This innovative product, developed by local scientists, has already been successfully implemented in an oncology clinic.

According to the team of doctor-developers at the Scientific and Clinical Center for Innovative Medicine of Kazakhstan, the main goal of the project is to offer free and accessible health screenings to the public. The platform analyzes a broad spectrum of immunological data derived from general blood tests, identifies hidden infections, and helps monitor the body’s response to diseases, vaccinations, physical activity, and stress. Additionally, it provides personalized recommendations for maintaining and strengthening immunity.

“We have spent over eight years developing this platform, beginning with the initial concepts in 2016. During this time, we not only secured four copyrights and registered a trademark, but also completely redesigned the platform’s architecture by integrating artificial intelligence. In July 2024, we successfully launched it for industrial use, and we are already seeing positive results in the clinics and hospitals where it is actively utilized. The platform's accuracy averages 98.7%, a figure validated both in practice and from a scientific standpoint,” said Nurlybek Uderbayev, co-founder of ImmuniGuide, Doctor of Medical Sciences, and oncologist.

The main advantage of the project lies in the artificial intelligence powering the system, which can process medical data with high speed and accuracy, delivering detailed, personalized reports in any language.

The Kazakh innovation holds great potential for advancing healthcare and is poised for expansion into global markets. The project has already attracted interest from foreign countries, with negotiations currently underway with Malaysia for a pilot implementation. Looking ahead, the team plans to scale the technology and expand its reach to other countries in Asia, Europe, and the USA.
