The funds raised will be used to further develop the product and support active expansion into new markets. Since late 2024, the startup has successfully delivered more than 10 projects across sectors including the public sector, industry, and education—both in Kazakhstan and internationally.
On April 9, it was announced that SHAI signed an agreement with Galvani Bioelectronics Limited, a joint venture between Alphabet and pharmaceutical giant GSK. This partnership marked SHAI’s expansion into the UK and U.S. markets.
Ruslan Adilbayev is a Kazakhstani entrepreneur and investor. He is the founder and owner of the investment and brokerage firm Elidi Securities Ltd, which achieved a trading turnover of USD 29.6 billion in 2023. In late 2023, Adilbayev acquired AVO Bank in Uzbekistan, where he focused on the digitalization of services—an effort that attracted more than 900,000 customers in less than six months. He also invests in radiopharmaceutical projects in Kazakhstan aimed at producing treatments for oncological diseases.
