Kazakhstani pwron.ai Becomes Technology Partner of BI Group and Enters the U.S. Market

Kazakhstani startup pwron.ai, a graduate of the Hero Training program in Silicon Valley, has entered the U.S. market with its first project for developer BI Group. The company will support the launch of residential complexes in Miami and Houston, providing research into consumer expectations and setting up a feedback management system.

The BI Group project will serve as the startup’s first large-scale case in the U.S. market. The team will analyze local market trends, study buyer preferences, and establish client communication systems across all stages of the sales funnel. This experience will help adapt the product to the needs of a new audience and test its performance in a highly competitive environment.

The Hero Training program by Astana Hub, in partnership with Draper University, became a turning point for the team. Participation in the program helped them rethink their strategy, focus on key audience segments, and redefine their value proposition. The result was a new version of the product, more precisely tailored to target customer needs and ready for international scaling.

“After Hero Training, we rebuilt the product, making it modular and focused on the client’s real tasks. Our clients don’t just want a set of tools — they want a system that helps them quickly respond to feedback and identify growth opportunities. That’s exactly what we deliver,” said Tania Plotnikova, CEO of pwron.ai.

pwron.ai helps executives oversee critical aspects of their business — from customer feedback and brand mentions to competitor actions and market trends. The platform consolidates data collection and analysis in a single interface, supports multilingual surveys, voice input, gamification elements, and automatic routing of responses — features that are especially important for working in international markets.

The team is currently preparing to launch a managed access system for holdings, expanded competitive analytics with AI alerts, and an automated research launch feature that will allow new projects to start in just 15 minutes. The company’s core markets remain Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Azerbaijan, but test campaigns in the U.S. and MENA countries are scheduled to begin at the end of August.
