Women who already have an MVP project and are ready to present it to industry leaders are invited to participate. The competition will serve as a platform for knowledge exchange, project development, and new professional connections.
The final event will take place on November 28 at Astana Hub. Participants will showcase their projects on stage in a pitching format. The jury will include experts in entrepreneurship, venture investments, as well as founders of successful startups. Their insights and recommendations will help teams identify new growth opportunities and enter new markets. The total prize fund of the competition is 600,000 KZT.
“We are seeing increasing interest among young women in technology and startup culture. In Astana Hub’s previous initiatives aimed at empowering women entrepreneurs, more than 200 participants took part, and over 15 teams presented their projects to experts and received support for further growth. It is important to us that each of them has the opportunity to bring their ideas to life, gain valuable expertise, and access the professional community,” said Almira Marden, Director of the Events Office at Astana Hub.
Astana Hub’s initiatives supporting women’s entrepreneurship have already given rise to numerous successful projects that combine innovation with social impact. Among them are Speak Up, an AI application for people with speech impairments; TumarAI, a platform that transforms every journey into a source of inspiration and income; Finder, a freelance employment service; and ZHANUYA JOLY, an AI-driven inclusive tourism service that makes travel accessible and comfortable for everyone.
IT Queen 2025 continues this tradition by creating a space for women who are developing modern technological solutions and contributing to the growth of Kazakhstan’s innovation ecosystem.
