The agenda focused on startups, technology and digital partnership with Kazakhstan. The key topic was expanding digital cooperation between the two countries and identifying new areas for joint growth.

The delegation was presented with a number of technological solutions already operating in the fields of ecology, logistics, education, urban mobility and artificial intelligence. Among them: Green Public, a carbon footprint calculation service with offsetting through tree planting; Biny, a digital logistics platform; Codiplay, an educational ecosystem for teaching children programming and robotics; the international platform inDrive; AMAN, an SOS-response service; Yume, a rental marketplace; WeGlobal AI, an AI solution for stress diagnostics and student career guidance; and Shai Pro, a corporate AI platform for business process automation.

The Azerbaijani delegation was also introduced to the activities of the international innovation cluster, including its mission, infrastructure and available opportunities for startups. Astana Hub has already become an entry point for technology teams from various countries and is open to expanding partnerships with the Azerbaijani ecosystem.

It is worth noting that Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan continue to broaden their strategic partnership beyond energy and logistics, increasingly focusing on technology, startup ecosystems and digital transformation. Startups such as Biny and AMAN drew particular interest from Azerbaijani partners.
