Grand Mobile Raises $750,000 Investment from Astana Hub Ventures
Grand Mobile has announced a $750,000 investment from Astana Hub Ventures, the venture capital arm of Central Asia’s largest international tech park for IT startups. The deal values the company at $75 million.
This partnership marks a significant milestone in Grand Mobile’s long-term strategy to strengthen its global footprint and accelerate its expansion into international markets.
The collaboration with Astana Hub Ventures will give Grand Mobile access to a wide range of resources and opportunities — including participation in international acceleration programs, entry into MENA, Southeast Asian, and Eastern European markets, and strategic support for product scaling.
The company’s near-term goal is to enter new markets and solidify its position on the global stage. The funding will be used to enhance the core product, expand the team, and launch marketing campaigns beyond the CIS region.
Grand Mobile is an open-world mobile online game developed by Kazakhstani game development studio Grand Games. To date, the game has been downloaded over 60 million times, with more than 5 million monthly active users. The game was created by Roman Lineytsev, a 27-year-old entrepreneur from Ust-Kamenogorsk and a featured member of the "30 Under 30" list.
