The winners of the Seed Money startup funding competition at the Product/Market Fit stage have been determined
The selection of projects at the Product/Market Fit stage within the framework of the startup financing program from Astana Hub - Seed Money has been completed. According to the decision of the competition commission, 10 startups scored the most points: UvU, BugBounty, Saqtau, Sagi, Supermoms Club, E-knot, Turla, ilvoCRM, Semantir and Extrum. Each finalist will receive up to 10 million tenge ($23,000) for the development and scaling of their project.
Members of the expert Commission, which included venture investors, business angels: director of MOST Business Incubator - Alim Khamitov, co-founder of QazAngels Business Angels Club - Ruslan Rakymbay, director of Smart Investments - Marat Tolibaev, business angel - Yelzhan Kushekbaev, investor - Nurbek Raev, reviewed projects and materials of applicants, listened to presentations and gave their marks. The winners of the competition will receive additional support in the form of a free workspace, training and mentoring, access to investors and a community of 500 IT companies, tax and visa preferences, and PR support. In return, startups will allocate an additional 1% of their revenue for three years to Astana Hub, as well as help develop other startups.
