Startup Garage is designed for teams ready to move from idea to first sales. Over the course of three months, participants validate hypotheses, identify their target audience, and build a sustainable business model.
“We value both ideas and tangible results. It is important for us that a startup does not simply exist, but begins to generate revenue and grow. We provide tools that allow teams to quickly stress-test their product. The results of CYBERPACK.AI are a great example: during the incubation period, the team grew tenfold and successfully entered the Azerbaijan market. We are looking for teams that are ready to actively work on their product and move toward sales,” said Ashimbek Abilgazinov, Director of Business Programs Office at Astana Hub.
The program includes weekly workshops, lectures from IT industry leaders, and one-on-one mentoring sessions with experienced trackers. Participants will master Lean Startup, HADI, and SMART methodologies, learn how to conduct in-depth market analysis, use No-Code tools, and build sales processes without significant costs. The program concludes with a Demo Day, where the strongest projects pitch their solutions to invited investors.
The effectiveness of this approach is confirmed by the 2025 results. Out of 302 participants, 77 projects successfully reached the final stage. Collectively, they generated KZT 130.9 million in sales, attracted USD 300,000 in investments, and created 46 new jobs.
Participant Requirements:
-
A Startup Academy certificate
-
Age 18+; possession of an IIN and digital signature
-
An IT component in the project
-
Project stage: MCI or MVP
It is worth noting that Startup Academy provides a comprehensive educational foundation in technology entrepreneurship. The course offers step-by-step guidance on building a startup using the Lean Startup methodology, drawing on the experience of leading global accelerators.
More details and applications for the fifth batch of Startup Garage are available on the official Astana Hub platform.
