Education here will be free and accessible to citizens over the age of 18, including those who are taking their first steps in the field of information technology.
Another educational platform, the TUMO Astana Center for Creative Technologies, is aimed at teenagers from 12 to 18 years old who want to master digital and creative skills.
Training is provided in 11 technical and creative areas, including generative artificial intelligence, programming, game development, animation, 3D modeling, robotics, filmmaking and digital music.

The President was also presented with the concept of AI Research University.
According to the Minister of Science and Higher Education Sayasat Nurbek, the research university will be located on the basis of Alem.ai .
Students will be provided with access to the national artificial intelligence infrastructure, including alem.cloud, AlemLLM and Astana Hub resources.

The training is scheduled to begin on September 1, 2026.
