Arnaud Ngatcha - Deputy Mayor of Paris for International Relations and Francophonie, member of the Paris City Council. Over the years, he worked as an adviser to the Office of the Minister of Sports of France, a deputy.  Jean-Yves Camus is a political scientist, special adviser to the Mayor of Paris on foreign relations, a specialist on the National Front.

The parties discussed the possibility of partnership between the cities of Nur-Sultan and Paris in the development of startups and technologies on an ongoing basis. Moreover, we paid special attention to education and exchange of experience.  Such meetings contribute to the development of Kazakhstani startup projects and open up new prospects for them.
