To submit an application via the platform, users must visit https://alem-cloud.nitec.kz/, select the required amount of resources (GPU), CPU, RAM, and SSD storage, specify the rental period, and describe the project. The platform includes a calculator that allows users to estimate costs and generate a configuration summary required for the project. Each application must be signed with the organization’s electronic digital signature (EDS).
The national supercomputer ensures stable and uninterrupted operation of computing resources. Services are available 24/7, data is protected through backup systems, and SLA compliance guarantees high availability and predictable performance.
