We are the AgileSoft team.KZ, a Kazakhstani IT company and a resident of Astana Hub, and today we want to share one of our latest cases, which we are truly proud of.

We recently started working with a London-based fintech startup that provides short—term microloans to small businesses for a period of 3 to 6 months. Due to the high turnover of the loan portfolio, the client is faced with the urgent task of accurately and quickly assessing the creditworthiness of borrowers.

Our team is responsible for developing ML models that:

• they analyze data about borrowers in real time;
• They give a scoring score based on hundreds of parameters.;
• a decision is being made whether to issue a loan or not, and at what price;
• they allow you to completely exclude human participation from the decision-making process.

The main goal is to ensure that credit decisions are made automatically and as accurately as possible. And the first results are already there: the delinquency rate in the portfolio has decreased by 13%, and this is just the beginning.

Our main advantage is our expertise in fintech. More than 80% of our specialists used to work in banks and microfinance organizations.
