Representatives of the largest enterprises were trained within the SAP EAM Academy under the guidance of IBA Group experts. For two days, about 50 specialists from different parts of Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan studied the best practices for digitalizing processes at their enterprises using SAP solutions.

In Almaty on 28 and 29 In May, leading specialists of maintenance and repair services, logistics, budget planning, cost management, business architects, managers and members of project teams for the implementation of SAP solutions met at the Kazzhol Park Hotel. The participants represented the railway, mining and chemical, metallurgical, oil and gas, food and other key industries for the country.

In two days, they listened to 8 lectures and completed practical tasks that allowed them to consolidate their knowledge. The audience focused on topics related to the management of work permits, technical inspections, unscheduled repairs, logistics management and others.

"The two days of SAP EAM Academy were full of useful theory, intensive practice and useful communication. I hope that the participants have adopted the best practices, thanks to which they will be able to manage the assets of their enterprises more effectively," said Irina Sergeeva, speaker of SAP EAM Academy and head of SAP projects at IBA Group.
