As everyone knows, the Astana Hub Technopark has a structural unit responsible for monitoring and analyzing the actual activities of the participants. The Monitoring Service, in addition to performing its main function of tracking the activities of participants, also conducts explanatory work. 

Explanatory materials with an analysis of various cases are published monthly on the technopark platform, where cases of inappropriate activities that go beyond the established List of priority activities are found.

During the monitoring, cases of provision of services for setting up, repairing and maintaining computer and peripheral equipment that go beyond the scope of the List were identified. These services, although they relate to the field of IT in its broadest sense, however, do not correspond to the List.

The monitoring Service recommends that the participants of the technopark strictly monitor compliance with the priority activities defined in the List. The Service also makes requests to clarify the scope of services provided and verify compliance with the terms of participation.

According to the Agreement on the terms of the participant's activity, the technopark has the right to request additional documents and clarifications. Therefore, we urge participants to provide the requested documents in a timely manner.
