The Corporate Fund «International Technopark of IT Startups «Astana Hub» (hereinafter referred to as the Technopark) announces the search for a potential subtenant of the premises, in order to organize the operation of a coffee shop on the territory of the Technopark, in accordance with the technical specification.

A potential tenant must provide a guarantee payment to ensure the fulfillment of their obligations when concluding a property lease (sublease) agreement, in the amount of one month's rent.
