The company is looking for candidates who have recently completed courses in their specialty and have a good theoretical background or little work experience. Also among the requirements:

• Knowledge of the basics of programming;
• Getting to know the embedded language 1C programming:Enterprise, 1C version:8.x;
• Knowledge in the field of accounting and business — it will be a plus;
• The desire to learn and develop in the field of 1C developments;
• The ability to work in a team and follow instructions;
• Responsibility and focus on results.

We remind you that Laboratory 3.0 is not the usual IT courses. The project gathers talented young professionals with basic knowledge who undergo professional selection in order to prepare them for work on real Solva Technology projects. The three-month internship includes not only theoretical and practical training, where 80% is practice, but also full immersion in the work processes in the office in Almaty with 8-hour work 5 days a week. The training programs have been developed by experienced mentors and IT experts in accordance with technological trends and current market requirements.

And in order for young specialists not to be distracted from training, trying to earn a living, Solva Technology pays a monthly stipend equal to the salary of a young An IT specialist in the market. Pre -selection and a strong training program in Laboratory 3.0 culminates in guaranteed employment of m "laboratory assistants" in leading companies in the banking and fintech sectors of Kazakhstan.
