Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the solution architecture during pre-sales clarification, explanation and delivery of BSS/CBS projects.2.In pre-sales project clearly understands the customer's business pain points and develops competitive solutions through customer network insight analysis. Transfer solutions to and communicate with IT customers.3.Be responsible for the delivery scope and implementation solution in the delivery phase. Effectively control the delivery scope to ensure that the cost is optimal and the scope is not overspread.4.Good people-connectivity ability, can make good relationship with customer.5.Good communicating skill will be prefered
Professional Knowledge
1. should have in-depth knowledge of Billing and charging and CRM domain. And be familiar with one of the below charging production: Huawei/ oracle/Ericsson/netcracker2. have more than 5years working on pre-sales or delivery project of BSS. take major Solution architecture role of the project.3. At least 3 years product manager experience in ICT industry (vendors or operators)4.Customer relationship building;5.project operation;6.Customer understanding and guidance;7.Microsoft office programs
Business Skills
1. Candidate should have strong capability to understand the implementation of different business using OOTB capability or implemented through customization.2. Candidate should have substantial experience scoping & delivering Billing and online Charging solution implementations for Communications Service Providers.3. English communication4. Russian communication(mandatory)5.Customer relationship building (execution, transfer, and response to customers)6.Customer requirement understanding and guidance (Good knowledge of BSS product);7.Project operation (Participate in program operations and learn project operation methods in practice) ;8.Transaction Management. (Assist in project negotiation and understand the basic knowledge and methods of project negotiation.)
