Brief description of the vacancy
Founded in 1987, Huawei is a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices.
- Presale support including quote, network design, proposal, pre-sale testing support etc.
- Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with key service provider accounts. Collect and analyze all marketing information.
- Create, maintain, and enhance relationship with key technical customer.
- Manage all activities and coordinate between Huawei and our service provider accounts. Promote full range of Huawei Technologies solutions to defined customers. Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations.
- Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure that these requirements are implemented in the products.
- Identify, quantify, and recommend action plan to address new business opportunities according to overall strategy.
- Good knowledge in the field of Carrier(GSM,UMTS,LTE,5G) Core Network, including PS(SGSN/MME, GGSN/S/P-GW) ,CS(MSC, MGW, HLR/HSS), VoLTE (IMS, SBC), DRA,STP;
- Knowledge of 3GPP NFVi standard, knowledge of virtualization will be additional advantages;
- Knowledge of the IP Core network part(HCNP/CCNP/JCNP) SDN;
- Ability to make technic solutions (protocol/topology/device suggestion) for operator and G&E customer;
- At least 3 years of working experience of Carrier core network in telecommunication field
- Fluent in both English and Russian;
- Deeply understand the carrier customer’s needs and design the desired solution;
- Relevant sales and marketing work experience in telecommunications and carrier network with a proven track record in an international telecom equipment company;
- Bidding experience;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Good planning and organization skills;
- Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing);
- Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking;
- Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries and operate successfully in an intense business environment.
