Conducting negotiations on technical, organizational and commercial issues
Sales and project promotion work
Time and labor resource planning
Regular reporting
Study of the target market (market conditions, trends, prospects, etc.)
Market research and sales/promotion of IT systems/solutions/products/services implementation projects for large corporate customers and for the medium-sized business segment: design, implementation and development of omnichannel contact centers, automated voice and text interaction "man-machine", analytical applications, knowledge management systems and training systems planning, control and management of business processes
