We at Mantheos are looking for a passionate DevOps Engieer who is open for new challenges, loves developing cutting-edge technologies and looks for a company with fast growth. 

 

Your job scope & responsibilities will be:

  • DevOps infrastructure design and scalability
  • Database querying optimization and maintenance
  • Development and deployment of microservices
  • Develop, deploy and maintain a scheduling system
  • Design and maintain infrastructure with a 99.9%+ uptime 
  • Develop and maintain backend algorithms
  • Be fully involved in tech development decisions and make suggestions for improvements
  • Other duties that may arise with the development of the role and responsibilities



Skills & characteristics that we are looking for:

  • At least 3 years of hands on work experience in DevOps and backend development
  • Experience with AWS, Docker and deployment processes
  • Experience with Postgres and other relational databases
  • Experience with micro services management and deployments
  • Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD systems
  • Experience with Celery and Airflow is a plus 
  • Strong sense of curiosity and grit
  • Drive for learning and continuous personal development
  • Progressive and independent thinking
  • Competent communication and English skills
  • Attention to details
  • Experience in leadership and team management is a plus
