LLP "Darmius" – a product-focused IT company with its own solutions in the field of Corporate HR portals and remote device management (an analog of TeamViewer).
What We Expect from the Candidate
- A final-year student or graduate in the fields of Project Management, Business Administration, Economics, IT, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Basic understanding of project lifecycle and management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Knowledge of team collaboration tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
- Understanding of documentation management (technical specifications, briefs, reports, risk management).

- Analytical Thinking – ability to quickly process information, identify issues, and find solutions.
- Communication Skills – ability to clearly express thoughts, conduct business correspondence, and negotiations.
- Organizational & Attention to Detail – ability to structure tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility & Adaptability – readiness to work in a dynamic environment and switch between tasks quickly.
- Initiative & Independence – willingness to propose ideas and take responsibility.
Additional Skills
- Experience with Google Docs, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with task management systems (Jira, Notion, ClickUp).
- Basic knowledge of IT development or an understanding of technological processes in digital products.
- Experience with CRM systems or a general understanding of their functionality.
