Responsibilities
- Providing professional role in the design and implementation of software development and support, computer and communication hardware, operating system software and productivity tools;
- Control of servers, cloud services and the network structure of the company;
- Support for up-to-date software and firmware versions;
- Controlling and updating of video surveillance systems and Physical Access Control System (PACS);
- Control, updating, improvement of backup systems;
- Excellent skills in working with the patch management system;
- Monitor the status of servers and services;
- Setting up and managing the CodeTwo signature system;
- Control of the cloud infrastructure (cost management, ensuring the efficient operation of servers, control of backup systems);
- Providing direction to all IT functions in applications software, computer and communication technology;
- Managing, monitoring, maintaining, developing, upgrading and supporting all current IT infrastructure of the company;
Requirements
- Fluency in English;
- Ability to work effectively on assigned tasks alone and with supervision;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with other departments;
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
