Astana Hub is actively looking for a Learning Coach at the TUMO Center in Astana. We invite tech-savvy candidates to support teenagers during their TUMO self-study programs. • TUMO is an innovative center for continuing education, which allows teenagers to independently pave the way for learning. Founded in 2011 in Yerevan, Armenia, TUMO has since expanded worldwide, opening centers in Berlin, Paris, Lisbon and other cities. At the TUMO Astana Center, students choose from a variety of interdisciplinary fields, including animation, 3D modeling, programming, robotics, cinematography, graphic design, music, game development, drawing and photography, combining independent study with workshops conducted by professionals.

  educational resources available to everyone.
  
• The Learning Coach supports students' individual educational trajectories by helping them master tasks at their own pace, answering questions and providing motivational support. They work closely with workshop leaders and other staff to ensure that students progress and remain involved in the learning process.

Responsibilities

• The key task of the Learning Coach is to accompany students through the TUMO program, helping them achieve their goals and stay motivated.
• Assist in the development of customized training plans using TUMO learning management software;
• Support the learning process of students;
• To advise and guide on the successful completion of educational activities;
• Motivate and inspire teenagers to learn new skills;
• Assist in the organization and coordination of workshops and projects in various technological areas;
• Monitor class attendance, provide feedback on student progress, and take measures to involve less active students;
• To create a positive, patient, supportive and professional perception among students;
• To create an atmosphere of cooperation and inspiring energy for effective learning;
• Help with the organization of internal events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or final year studies at the university;
• Excellent people skills and experience interacting with teenagers;
• Willingness to develop high-level skills such as creativity, analytical thinking, initiative, as well as organizational skills: teamwork, communication and research skills;
• Experience working with web resources and using online tools will be an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills, including written communication, personal interaction and conducting public presentations;
• Language proficiency: Kazakh and Russian - fluent, English - proficiency;
• Information collection, systematization, and analysis skills.

Conditions

• The salary level is discussed based on the results of successful completion of the selection stages and depends on your qualifications;
