Astana Hub is actively looking for a Motion Graphics Workshop Leader at the TUMO Center in Astana. TUMO is an innovative center for continuing education, which allows teenagers to independently pave the way for learning. Founded in 2011 in Yerevan, Armenia, TUMO has since expanded worldwide, opening centers in Berlin, Paris, Lisbon and other cities. At the TUMO Astana Center, students choose from a variety of interdisciplinary fields, including animation, 3D modeling, programming, robotics, cinematography, graphic design, music, game development, drawing and photography, combining independent study with workshops conducted by professionals.

Motion Graphics Workshop Leader will conduct workshops, mentor teenagers and evaluate their work in the field of motion graphics. By guiding students through practical projects and providing constructive feedback, you contribute to the development of their creative and technical skills.

The key task of Motion Graphics Workshop Leader is to effectively organize and conduct motion graphics workshops, guide teenagers in mastering technical and creative skills, provide systematic support for their projects and successful completion of the educational program, provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of learning outcomes, monitor student attendance and progress, ensuring their systematic support and successful completion educational programs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and conduct motion graphics workshops for TUMO students.
- Develop students' skills by creating learning materials for self-study.
- Collect and evaluate the students' results at the end of each master class, recording them for a portfolio.
- Analyze the results of students' self-study on a daily basis and provide them with feedback.
- Conducting demonstrations and events that arouse interest and creative thinking in programming and computer science.
- Creating a friendly and vibrant educational environment.
- Participation in the initial training at the TUMO headquarters in Yerevan, Armenia.
- Performing other tasks, if necessary, related to conducting workshops and supporting the center's program.

Qualification requirements:
- Higher education in motion graphics (preferably a master's degree) or at least three years of work experience.
- Excellent command of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Animate.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, oral and presentation speech in Kazakh and Russian; knowledge of English at least B1 is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- A portfolio with examples and completed projects.
