Astana Hub is actively looking for Animation Workshop Leader at TUMO Center in Astana. TUMO is an innovative center for continuing education, which allows teenagers to independently pave the way for learning. Founded in 2011 in Yerevan, Armenia, TUMO has since expanded worldwide, opening centers in Berlin, Paris, Lisbon and other cities. At the TUMO Astana Center, students choose from a variety of interdisciplinary fields, including animation, 3D modeling, programming, robotics, cinematography, graphic design, music, game development, drawing and photography, combining independent study with workshops conducted by professionals.

Animation Workshop Leader will conduct workshops, mentor teenagers and evaluate their work in the field of animation. Through hands-on projects, you will help students between the ages of 12 and 18 bring characters and stories to life, combining creativity with technical precision.

The key task of Animation Workshop Leader is to effectively organize and conduct animation workshops, guide teenagers in mastering animation techniques, monitor student attendance and progress, providing support at all stages of training and successful completion of the educational program.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting monthly animation workshops using approved training materials and their own professional experience.
- Evaluation of students' projects at the end of each master class with constructive feedback.
- Weekly monitoring of students' progress in self-study and provision of personalized support.
- Conducting demonstrations that arouse interest in the art and technique of animation.
- Formation of an active, creative and team educational environment.
- Participation in the initial training at the TUMO headquarters in Yerevan, Armenia.
- Performing other tasks, if necessary, related to conducting workshops and supporting the center's program.

Qualification requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in animation or a related field (preferably a Master's degree), and at least three years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent command of ToonBoom Harmony.
- Experience using additional animation tools is welcome - Adobe Animate, After Effects, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, oral and presentation speech in Kazakh and Russian; knowledge of English at least B1 is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- A portfolio with examples of models and completed projects.
