About the project
We are building an ecosystem of AI services for the transportation industry. We need a Lead ML Engineer who will build the machine learning architecture, lead the ML team and ensure the output of models in production.
Tasks
• Designing the architecture of ML systems and pipelines.
• Development of NLP, classification, NER and forecasting models.
• Building RAG solutions and working with vector databases.
• Model optimization and GPU-inference tuning.
• Integration of ML models with backend services (FastAPI).
• Setting up the processes of training, validation and monitoring of models.
• Management of ML engineers (planning, review, standards).
Requirements
Experience:
• 4+ years in ML/AI, 1+ year in Lead/Tech Lead.
• Production experience in NLP and ML pipeline model development.
• Experience in bringing models into production.
Knowledge:
• Python, PyTorch, Transformers, scikit-learn.
• LangChain, Milvus/FAISS, working with embeddings.
• SQL, working with large datasets.
• Docker, Git; basic FastAPI and CI/CD skills.
