Producer (Gamedev) LiveOps

We are looking for someone who:

• Solved difficult tasks: you have experience launching and/or operating an F2P game that made money (LTV > CPI). Not just participation, but real cases with measurable results.
• Strong in genres: you understand at least one of the genres down to the smallest detail: Casual (Match-3, Merge, Arcade) or Mid-Core (Strategies, Shooters, complex puzzles). You didn't just play, but you were "pumped" in mechanics and monetization (it would be great if you could show off the levels in casual games).
• He assembled and led the teams: We managed the department, hired, conducted a performance review, and, if necessary, made difficult personnel decisions. You are building not just a team, but an efficient machine.
• He thinks with data and money: For you, P&L, LTV, and ROI are not just abbreviations, but basic decision—making tools.
• He is observant and ambitious: you are eager to make your next successful project or break records in terms of performance and earn serious money for the company (and for yourself).

What you have to do:

• Take full responsibility for the product: from strategy and roadmap to P&L and marketing;
• develop an existing successful product;
• "Take a shot" at new geos: analyze markets, adapt the product and find the key to the audience;
• to balance the creative component of the game with data-driven solutions for the growth of key metrics (LTV, ROI);
• assemble and motivate a strong team: hire, develop, retain, set ambitious goals and set priorities;
• be the main point of communication between the development team and stakeholders.
