Main requirements
We are looking for an expert to participate in an IT project to transform the product model of SME lending at one of the leading banks in Uzbekistan.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the banking sector
- experience working with SME credit products
- experience in developing new and changing the current terms of banking products
- ability to conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking of banking products
- understanding the economics of a banking product: rate, commission, profitability, risk, cost of funding, etc.
- understanding the credit process and the customer path
- proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- ability to work directly with the heads of business, risk, IT and other departments of the bank
What you will do
Analyze the bank's existing product model and existing SME lending products
To carry out a comprehensive analysis of product conditions and compare them with competitive offers on the Uzbek market.
Determine the necessary changes and participate in the formation of the target product model.
Optimize and restructure the business processes of providing products.
To form requirements for automation and digitalization together with business and IT teams.
Participate in the development of requirements for the credit pipeline, decision-making systems and integration of data sources.
Develop and update product data sheets, methodologies, regulations, procedures, technological maps and instructions.
To accompany changes in internal regulatory documents during the launch and modification of products and processes.
Participate in the coordination and implementation of changes together with business, risk, IT, operational, legal and other divisions of the bank.
