Senior IT Project Manager

What is important to us:

• From 5 years in the role of Project Manager in IT;
• Independent project management with a team of 10 people or parallel management of several small teams;
• Working with cross-functional teams: Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, Analytics, Design, etc.;
• Managing the development of web or mobile products;
• Understanding the principles of Backend and Frontend operation at a level sufficient for decomposition and discussion of technical tasks;
• Confident knowledge of Agile approaches: Scrum, Kanban, LeSS;
• Practical Application of Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, Backlog, Story Points, Velocity, Cycle Time, Capacity Planning and WIP Limits;
• The skill of working with delivery metrics and using them to monitor and improve processes;
• Understanding GitFlow; knowledge of GitHub or GitLab would be an advantage;
• The ability to build Business Flow and User Flow;
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in Kazakh and Russian languages.

• Plan sprints, decompose, and synchronize with stakeholders;
• Accept and analyze incoming requests for IT product changes;
• Work with stakeholders' requirements and evaluate implementation deadlines;
• Coordinate the work of the cross-functional development team;
• Monitor deadlines, team load, capacity, and task completion;
• Organize interaction with related IT teams;
• Participate in the formulation and description of development tasks;
• To deliver completed tasks to stakeholders;
• Manage project risks, changes, and dependencies;
• Maintain project documentation in Confluence: project passport, meeting minutes, job description;
• Create and maintain an up-to-date project plan, including using the Gantt chart;
• Work with delivery metrics and improve team processes;
• Coordinate the preparation of releases and conduct initial monitoring after launch.
