Main requirements
Main requirements
● Experience in SMM for at least 1 year, cases of account growth (reach, followers, engagement).
● Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Telegram, understanding their algorithms.
● Ability to create a content plan, write scripts for Reels/TikTok, and write post texts.
● Quick tracking of trends and adapting them to the product.
● Analysis of statistics and conclusions about the content.
● Basic video editing (CapCut or similar), Canva or Figma.
Will be an advantage
● Experience working with bloggers and UGC content.
● Experience managing social media for a mobile app or a product for parents.
● Use of AI tools for content creation.
● Kazakh and/or English language.

What needs to be done
● Launch social networks for the new app from scratch: positioning, categories, tone of communication.
● Create a content plan, write scripts, shoot or prepare briefs for shooting.
● Work with the community: comments, direct messages, audience engagement.
● Search for bloggers and manage integrations.
● Prepare monthly reports on the results.
