Main requirements
Key requirements
● A portfolio of videos created with AI (required).
● Confident use of AI video models: Kling, Runway, Veo, Higgsfield, Hailuo or similar.
● Image generation (Midjourney, Nano Banana, Flux or similar) as a base for video.
● Prompting skills and the ability to keep a consistent style and character appearance across scenes.
● Editing: CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve; working with sound and subtitles.
● Understanding of ad formats: vertical 9:16, a strong hook in the first 3 seconds, UGC style.
What you will do
Nice to have
● After Effects and motion design skills.
● Experience creating ads for mobile apps (performance advertising).
● AI voiceover and lip-sync (ElevenLabs or similar).
● Experience localizing videos into different languages.
● Ability to write scripts on your own.
