Position: Full-stack Developer / Team Lead

Fully remote, full-time position

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Full-stack Developer with experience in Golang and React to lead our team in the handover and development of our products. The ideal candidate should have a passion for software development, be a problem solver, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development team in the handover and maintenance of the products
Develop and maintain high-quality software using Golang and React
Collaborate with other teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability
Develop technical documentation to aid in product development and maintenance

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Full-stack Developer with expertise in Golang and React
Knowledge of Kotlin or Swift is a plus
Experience leading a team of developers and managing development projects
Strong understanding of software development principles and practices
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
