The position of Communications Analyst mainly presumes delivering tasks at operational level helping Communications Team to achieve AIX strategic goal

Role/ Job Purpose: Communication work involves cooperation with numerous stakeholders and a lot of tasks that need to be executed both at strategic and operational level. The position of Communications Analyst mainly presumes delivering tasks at operational level helping Communications Team to achieve AIX strategic goals in terms of brand and reputation.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Maintaining and developing AIX’s website except the Market Data and Company Disclosures sections
  • Managing AIX’s official social media accounts
  • Media monitoring
  • Developing technical specification for Comms needs
  • Ensuring procurement processes are organized on time without delay
  • Communicating with vendors
  • Maintaining multimedia archive
  • Maintaining media databases and other stakeholders lists
  • Managing creation and distribution of AIX marketing materials
  • Administrative support for PR internal and external events organized by AIX

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Communications Assistant, Communication Specialist or similar role
  • Bachelor degree in PR, Communications, Digital Media or a related field is desired

Required Competences and Skills:

  • Excellent communication abilities (oral and written)
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading skills; familiarity with design software (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign) and content management systems is a plus
  • Strong knowledge, understanding and skills in digital/ social media
  • Strong attention to details
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
  • Excellent knowledge of the Kazakh language is an advantage
  • Expertise in web strategies is an advantage
  • Excellent English, Rusiian and Kazakh languages
