What we expect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, including data modeling and database design, preferably in a scientific, manufacturing, or healthcare environment. 
• Proficiency with Python, R, SQL, and cloud-based architectures (AWS services, Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift).

About the project

AI/deeptech startup (resident of Astana Hub) is developing an offline psychological diagnostic platform that combines speech, physiology and facial expressions analysis. At the current stage, a scientifically sound base for the platform's algorithms is being formed according to international standards of evidence.

What you have to do

Search for scientific publications in academic databases (Semantic Scholar, PubMed, IEEE, etc.) according to the specified criteria

Screening and selection of articles, deduplication of results

Extracting key data (metrics, thresholds, effects) into a structured registry

Preparation of weekly analytical reports for the project manager

Work in AI research tools (Elicit, Scite, Consensus) according to the provided instructions

Duration: 2 months with possible continuation

Work format: full-time in Astana

Payment: 150,000 tenge/month
