Responsibilities
-
Managing administrative processes within the framework of projects.

Control of tasks, deadlines, and statuses.

Communication with the team and contractors.

Preparation of reports, protocols, and documentation.

Assistance in organizing launches, events, and internal processes.

Collecting and structuring information on projects.
Requirements
-
At least 1 year of experience in IT or near-IT field (preferably in administrative/coordinating tasks).

Understanding the basic project management processes.
-
Ability to work in task tracking systems (Notion, Trello, Asana, etc.).
-
Attentiveness, responsibility, and the ability to multitask.
-
Willingness to learn quickly in an EdTech environment.
