About your role

You will work with an autonomous R&D department of about 50 specialists, which is fully responsible for the full development cycle of the game — from technical vision and architecture to production processes and product delivery. There will be up to 10 engineers in your direct control area, while you will also influence technical decisions and coordinate them within the entire team.

The team is currently developing a 3D mobile game in the 4X strategy genre, actively moving towards release.
