Product marketer/Growth Partner

We are an IT company with 15 years of experience, we are looking for an EasyFood project team (https://easyfood .kz) an ambitious and experienced Product Marketer/Growth Partner.

The ideal candidate is a marketer of a large restaurant chain, or an Account Manager in aggregators (Glovo, Wolt, Choco) who wants to have more influence on the result.

Key tasks:- Audit and strategy: Analysis of the current marketing and delivery of the partner restaurant and search for growth points through EasyFood.- Implementation and launch: Setting up a sales funnel for delivery within a partner restaurant (promotions, menus, loyalty program) for each specific restaurant.- Consulting: Training/advising the partner restaurant and its employees on how to attract delivery traffic (from offline tabletents to targeting).- Retention Management: Work to ensure that restaurants do not just connect EasyFood, but see a real increase in revenue and stay with you for a long time.- Analytics: Regular reports for partners: "It was, It Became", and argumentation of the value of the product through numbers.

2. Hard Skills- Unit-restaurant economics: Understanding food cost, marginality of delivery and how discounts/promotions affect profits.- Digital tools: Basic understanding of targeted advertising (FB/IG), working with bloggers and local geo-services (2GIS, Google Maps).- CRM and analytics: The ability to work with data, segment the restaurant's customer base for newsletters and push notifications.- Experience at HoReCa: An understanding of the "inner workings" of cuisine and service is highly desirable, so that the advice is applicable to life, and not just in theory.

3. Soft Skills (Personal qualities)- Entrepreneurial mindset: He should treat the partner's restaurant as his business.
