The AI startup is looking for a charismatic, intelligent and disciplined sales manager who will sell our advanced AI solutions to large companies, medical institutions and government organizations.
🛠 Responsibilities
- To seek and attract clients (medical centers, government agencies, corporations).
- Conduct transactions from the lead to the signing of the contract.
- Present products online and face-to-face.
- Write letters, fill out CRM, form suggestions.
- Maintain relationships with key clients.
- Be responsible for KPIs and be proud of your results.
✅ Requirements
🧠Personal qualities:
- Age: from 22 years old.
- High IQ (120+) — you quickly grasp the essence, you know how to conduct meaningful negotiations.
- Beautiful speech and a pleasant voice — you are able to win the client's attention from the first "Hello!".
- Pleasant appearance and well-groomed appearance.
- Charm, emotional intelligence, tact, sociability.
- The desire to work, study and earn — we are looking for an ambitious person, not "just an operator."
🎓 Education and experience:
- Higher education (preferably: marketing, PR, IT, medicine, psychology, linguistics).
- Sales experience of at least 1 year, preferably B2B (IT/medical software, SaaS, consulting).
- The skills of conducting negotiations with LPR, presentations, correspondence.
- Ownership of CRM systems (Bitrix, amoCRM, Hubspot).
- Good speech in Russian and Kazakh, English is a plus.
💼 Professional skills:
- Deep understanding of the sales funnel.
- The ability to manage a long transaction cycle.
- Dealing with objections means not being afraid, but turning them into closed deals.
- Confidence in communication with directors, ministers, doctors, and IT specialists.
- Neatness, proactivity, self—discipline, accountability - you don't procrastinate, you don't forget, you don't cheat.
💰 Conditions
- The probation period is 6 months (it can be shortened if the candidate performs well earlier).

- Bonuses based on the results of transactions (high variable part).

- After successful completion of the probation period:
- Fixed part of salary + % from transactions (high earnings potential).
