Marketer / Marketing Project Manager

Basic requirements (education, skills)

  • Experience in independent management of advertising campaigns in Yandex and VK.
  • Experience in creating and refining websites and landing pages on Tilda.
  • Experience in setting up and managing newsletters.
  • Ownership of services: Yandex.Metrica, Figma, CRM.
  • The ability to organize events from an idea to a report.
  • Independence, initiative, modern approach, IT-savvy and openness to new technologies.
  • A sense of style and an understanding of modern visual art.
  • Good Russian language and copywriting skills.

What you have to do

Digital marketing

  • Launching and maintaining advertising campaigns in Yandex.Yandex. Direct, VK Ads, Telegram.
  • Analyzing and optimizing campaigns, working with Yandex.Metrica.
  • Setting up and maintaining e-mail newsletters (Unisender, Mailchimp, Yandex.Mail, etc.), working with segmentation, anti-spam practices, and integration with amoCRM.
  • Preparation of texts for landing pages, newsletters, invitations to events.
  • Using modern tools (Canva, Figma, GPT services, etc.) to speed up work.

Landing pages and content

  • Creating and editing a website and landing pages in Tilda.
  • Preparation of guide books, presentations, printed and digital materials.
  • Working with visual media: image selection, layouts in Canvas / Figma, control of compliance with corporate identity.

Events (online and offline)

  • Preparation and holding of webinars: concept development, registration landing page creation, mailing list setup, promotion, technical organization, analytics.
  • Organization of offline conferences: marketing support, working with the site (full organization of the event), advertising campaigns, registration of participants, coordination, timing control.
  • Proactive work: consider risks, check tools in advance, and provide a full cycle of marketing support for the event.

Working with contractors and processes

  • Selection and control of high-quality contractors.
  • Process coordination and active interaction without waiting for weeks.
  • Timing and result management: task setting, performance monitoring, and final quality control.

Senior Test Automation Engineer with JavaScript

Brief Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer with JavaScript to join our team.
The nature of the role requires real seniority, not just as a technical expert but also as a change agent, changing teams’ ideas about how testing is an integral part of the delivery process and enabling them to take ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, build and maintain test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms, such as Mobile, Desktop, API and Web, building test scenarios and acceptance tests
  • Understand the flow of code and how it interacts with different components
  • Understand project documents, customer demands, product objectives to create and execute test cases. Define QA processes and metrics for projects
  • Investigate customer problems referred to you by the technical support team, testing bugs, and creating and managing bug reports
  • Handle technical communications and understanding the customers' systems
  • Work with deployments teams, resolving level issues for systems, coordinating on product design, and offering inputs on the testability of functional elements and product designs
  • Analyze and disintegrate software systems and coordinate with other teams to enhance the overall design
  • Research test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrading existing practices and processes
  • Manage the final quality on production release

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Excellent designing and programming in JavaScript/TypeScript, understanding and practice of creating clean and excellent quality program code
  • Experience with WebdriverIO, Mocha, Protractor and Git
  • Proficiency with Azure, Jenkins, TeamCity, CI/CD, non-functional testing
  • Knowledge of programming languages and process management methodology

What do you have to do:

  • Accounting and tax accounting:
  • accounting for banking transactions;
  • formation of payment orders, unloading of payment documents to the bank;
  • accounting of transactions for the receipt of goods and services, reconciliation;
  • advance reports: verification and registration in 1C;
  • control (reconciliation) of operations for the sale of goods and services;
  • formation of reconciliation reports with buyers/suppliers;
  • write-off of materials and expenses;
  • analysis of settlements with counterparties, request for missing documents;
  • uploading primary documents to 1C (attaching scans);
  • calculations on taxes and fees;
  • analysis of expenses in order to be accepted for income tax expenses;
  • Formation of accounting/financial statements (ESD);
  • Separate VAT accounting;
  • revenue generation for VAT-free and non-VAT transactions;
  • distribution of input VAT by taxable and non-taxable transactions;
  • Calculation of wages;
  • Personnel accounting;
  • Calculation of interest on founder's loan agreements;
  • Formation of analytical data, tables, uploads from 1C and other information (including for generating a report for Astana Hub) at the request of the head;
  • Creating a register of unpaid customer bills (weekly);
  • Document management support with new and current clients: invoices, certificates, reconciliation reports, invoices, EFS, registers and other accounting documents;
  • Work closely with the client and operations departments to prepare, process and verify accounting documents.;
  • Work in CRM (Bitrix24): set tasks for client and operational managers, monitor their implementation, upload reports to customer cards;
  • Maintain a paper and electronic archive of contracts and related primary documents.
