Brief Description 

• We are seeking a Lead Java Developer to join our software engineering team and help refactor and enhance our data mart solution.
  You will work closely with experienced engineers, leveraging top-tier technologies such as PrimeFaces, Jakarta EE, and Oracle RDBMS to deliver efficient, scalable solutions for our clients. Apply now to lead impactful projects and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Java-based applications
• Develop and optimize user interfaces using PrimeFaces
• Integrate and manage APIs to support system functionality
• Refactor existing data mart solution for improved performance
• Deploy and configure applications on GlassFish application server
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives
• Ensure adherence to Jakarta EE standards in application development
• Manage and maintain Oracle RDBMS for data storage and retrieval
• Perform code reviews to maintain high quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Guide and mentor junior developers in best practices
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Java development
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Proven track record in data mart or data warehouse projects
• Advanced knowledge of the PrimeFaces framework
• Proficiency with GlassFish application server
• Strong expertise in Jakarta EE 11
• Solid understanding of NetBeans IDE
• Experience with Oracle DB ExaCC
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2)

Nice to Have

• Certification in Jakarta EE
• Oracle Certified Professional Java SE
• Experience with Faces 4.1 framework
• Knowledge of Java API design patterns

The technical support manager accompanies the users of the Caspy Tender trading platform: suppliers and customers. The main task is to promptly resolve technical and procedural issues related to working in the e-procurement system.

Responsibilities

1. Advising users on working in the Caspy Tender system (phone, mail, messengers).

2. Support for registration, entry, EDS, filing applications, signing contracts.

3. Analysis of user requests and initial diagnosis of technical problems.

4. Transmitting complex incidents to developers with a correct description and replay logic.

5. Monitoring the status of requests until a complete solution.

6. Maintaining a database of requests and sample cases.

7. Participation in the testing of new functionality (UAT) from the user's point of view.

8. Preparation of instructions and reference materials for users.

Requirements

1. Experience in technical support of IT systems or services - at least 1 year.

2. Understanding how web systems, personal accounts, and user roles work.

3. Basic understanding of EDS (Kazakhstan), document signing, authorization.

4. Good oral and written communication skills (Kazakh, Russian).

5. The ability to quickly understand new processes and systems.

6. Stress tolerance and the ability to work with a large number of requests

It will be a plus:

– experience working with electronic procurement, trading platforms, EDI;

– experience working with CRM or ticket systems (Jira, Zendesk and analogues).
