3D Modeling Workshop Leader will conduct workshops, mentor teenagers and evaluate their work in the field of 3D modeling. By guiding students between the ages of 12 and 18 through practical projects and creative assignments, you will help them master professional tools and techniques, shaping their artistic and technical skills for further development.

The key task of the 3D Modeling Workshop Leader is to effectively organize and conduct 3D modeling workshops, guide teenagers in mastering professional programs and techniques, provide support to students at all stages of learning, monitor their progress and contribute to the successful completion of the educational program.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly 3D modeling workshops according to established curricula and based on their own professional experience.
- Evaluate students' projects at the end of each workshop, providing constructive feedback.
- Monitor students' self-study progress on a weekly basis and offer focused guidance.
- Conduct demonstrations inspiring the development of creativity and skills in 3D modeling.

Qualification requirements:
- Higher education in a related field (preferably a master's degree) and at least three years of professional experience.
- Excellent command of Autodesk Maya, ZBrush and 3D Coat.
- Experience working with renderers - Arnold, V-Ray, KeyShot or similar.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, oral and presentation speech in Kazakh and Russian; knowledge of English at least B1 is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Understanding the processes of texturing, digital sculpture, and UV scanning

- Experience working with other video editing and post-processing programs will be an advantage (Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- Skills in working with video equipment: cameras, microphones, lighting equipment.
- Experience working with directing and staging scenes.
