Catalog Specialist
Experience: 3–5 years in a role such as Catalog Specialist, Senior Inventory Specialist, or Warehouse Supervisor.
Industry: strictly spare parts, automotive business, special equipment, or industrial machinery. (Candidates from FMCG / grocery retail will not be considered.)
- Strong understanding of the spare parts life cycle.
- Excellent knowledge of barcode labeling principles and bin/location-based storage.
- Advanced proficiency in 1C (UT / ERP / Warehouse).
- Ability to build processes from scratch and justify decisions with clear reasoning. We need a process owner / methodologist, not just a data entry operator.
- Cataloging & standardization: Full item master description (spare parts for special equipment, mechanical parts, electrical parts, assemblies). Converting inconsistent naming into a unified standard.
- Attributes & cross-references: Filling in technical parameters (dimensions, compatibility) and linking cross-numbers (OEM — aftermarket/analog). This is critical for our system.
- Barcode architecture: Setting up the “Item — Bin — Batch” logic. Defining labeling rules upon receiving.

- Process methodology: Participating in building the logic of all warehouse operations (receiving, put-away, bin storage, cycle counts/inventory).
- Documentation: Writing clear accounting and warehouse procedures for frontline staff.
We need to bring perfect order to the spare parts database of a large fleet and supply function. We are looking for a professional catalog specialist — someone who can create accurate and detailed item cards, understands cross-numbers, and knows which spare part attributes are critical for correct identification and selection.
