What is important about our candidate:

High level of communication and negotiation skills
Experience in telephone sales (from 1 year)
Willingness to communicate a lot with clients on the phone
Spoken and written Kazakh, Russian languages

What you will need to do:

To contact clients, sell advertising services and consult by phone
Extend paid placement on the portal Satu.kz
Maintain a customer base in a CRM system
Execute a plan for calls, the amount of packages/services sold, and retention

Tasks:

Refinement of existing business processes.
Development of new functionality.
Direct participation in the design and development of projects.

Requirements:

Deep and comprehensive knowledge of Bitrix24.
Excellent knowledge of D7, PHP 7,8, MySQL.
Good understanding of object-oriented programming, experience working with ORM in B24.
Experience in customization of business processes and components. Experience working with factories in smart processes.
Experience integrating with third-party API services.
Experience in developing additional portal functionality, templates, modules, and integrations.
Refactoring the code.
Deep knowledge and experience of working with 1C-Bitrix.
Experience integrating with 1C (custom) via the Rest API.
The experience of integrating B24 with third-party external systems via API.
Experience working with factories in Bitrix24.
The ability to write clean and tidy PSR-compliant code (as much as possible in Bitrix:).
