Brief Description 

• We are seeking a Lead Java Developer to join our software engineering team and help refactor and enhance our data mart solution.
  You will work closely with experienced engineers, leveraging top-tier technologies such as PrimeFaces, Jakarta EE, and Oracle RDBMS to deliver efficient, scalable solutions for our clients. Apply now to lead impactful projects and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Java-based applications
• Develop and optimize user interfaces using PrimeFaces
• Integrate and manage APIs to support system functionality
• Refactor existing data mart solution for improved performance
• Deploy and configure applications on GlassFish application server
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives
• Ensure adherence to Jakarta EE standards in application development
• Manage and maintain Oracle RDBMS for data storage and retrieval
• Perform code reviews to maintain high quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Java development
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Proven track record in data mart or data warehouse projects
• Advanced knowledge of the PrimeFaces framework
• Proficiency with GlassFish application server
• Strong expertise in Jakarta EE 11
• Solid understanding of NetBeans IDE
• Experience with Oracle DB ExaCC
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2)

Brief Description

We are looking for a Mechanical Design / 3D CAD Intern to join our development team. In this role, you will work on designing plastic enclosures and mechanical parts for custom electronic devices, including IoT and GPS tracking products.

This position starts as a remote, part-time demo project that may last a few months. The goal of this stage is to evaluate collaboration, technical skills, and growth potential. Based on results and project needs, the role may later be converted into a full-time position.

Responsibilities

As a Mechanical Design Intern at AG Dev, you will gain hands-on experience working on real-world hardware products. You will assist in various stages of development, including:

• Creating 3D models of plastic cases and mechanical parts

• Assisting in preparing designs for series production and injection molding

• Learning and applying basic DFM principles (wall thickness, draft angles, ribs, screw bosses)

• Supporting engineers with prototype assembly and testing

• Making design improvements based on feedback and testing results

• Preparing simple technical drawings and production files

• Collaborating remotely with hardware and firmware engineers

Requirements

• University student or recent graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechatronics, or a related field

• Basic experience with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Fusion 360, Inventor, or similar)
