Junior Revenue Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior team members to assist in revenue operations for specific clients
  • Ensure timesheets are completed accurately and on time, addressing any discrepancies effectively
  • Update and maintain internal systems to support data accuracy and organizational integrity
  • Generate and format timesheets and reports to meet internal and client requirements
  • Participate in team and client discussions to align on tasks and enhance communication
  • Assist with revenue-related activities, including data validation, preparation for forecasting, and gaining insights into invoicing processes

Requirements

  • Open to candidates with limited experience (up to one year) in audit, accounting, or finance-related tasks

Responsibilities

  1. Work with customers and partners

    • Conducting online and offline presentations of the Oysyn system.

    • Collecting, formalizing and prioritizing customer requirements.

    • Preparation of answers to official requests, letters, explanatory notes.

    • Participate in negotiations, demonstrate functionality, accompany pilots.

  2. Analytics and product development

    • Description of business processes for applying the anti-plagiarism system in universities and organizations.

    • Formation of requirements for elaboration: setting tasks in the form of descriptions that are understandable to developers.

    • Analysis of competitors and preparation of proposals for improving the activities of Oysyn.

    • Preparation of technical and presentation materials (TC, comparison, reviews, FAQ for customers).

  3. Development task management

    • Maintaining a lag in development tasks.

    • Setting tasks for developers, clarifying requirements, monitoring deadlines.

    • Priority of tasks: division into critical, important and minor.

    • Preparation of brief statuses on the project: what has been done, what is at work, what are the risks.

  4. Documentation and reporting

    • Maintaining up-to-date documentation on the product (description of modules, functionality, interfaces).

    • Preparation of reports for management: project status, key issues, development recommendations.

    • Preparation of materials for tenders, competitions, grants (product description, advantages, architecture in understandable language).

Requirements

1. higher education in the field of it (Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related areas).

  • Participate in the role of analyst, product manager or project manager in the development of Software / Web Services;
  • experience with development teams (understanding the task lifecycle: from idea to release).

2. experience in conducting IT projects from 2-3 years:

  • Web Services, API, database, client-server architecture (at the developer communication level);

  • experience in working with anti-plagiarism systems, educational platforms or B2B-SaaS will be a plus.

3. ability to write texts clearly and structured:

  • reliable communication with representatives of higher educational institutions, IT departments, management;
