Motion Graphics Workshop Leader will conduct workshops, mentor teenagers and evaluate their work in the field of motion graphics. By guiding students through practical projects and providing constructive feedback, you contribute to the development of their creative and technical skills.

The key task of Motion Graphics Workshop Leader is to effectively organize and conduct motion graphics workshops, guide teenagers in mastering technical and creative skills, provide systematic support for their projects and successful completion of the educational program, provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of learning outcomes, monitor student attendance and progress, ensuring their systematic support and successful completion educational programs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and conduct motion graphics workshops for TUMO students.
- Develop students' skills by creating learning materials for self-study.
- Collect and evaluate the students' results at the end of each master class, recording them for a portfolio.
- Analyze the results of students' self-study on a daily basis and provide them with feedback.
- Conducting demonstrations and events that arouse interest and creative thinking in programming and computer science.
- Creating a friendly and vibrant educational environment.
- Participation in the initial training at the TUMO headquarters in Yerevan, Armenia.
- Performing other tasks, if necessary, related to conducting workshops and supporting the center's program.

Qualification requirements:
- Higher education in motion graphics (preferably a master's degree) or at least three years of work experience.
- Excellent command of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Animate.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, oral and presentation speech in Kazakh and Russian; knowledge of English at least B1 is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- A portfolio with examples and completed projects.

Working with students between the ages of 12 and 18, he will introduce them to game mechanics, programming, and level design, contributing to the development of both technical and creative skills.

The key task of the Game Development Workshop Leader is to effectively organize and conduct game development workshops, guide teenagers in learning game mechanics, programming and level design, monitor their progress and attendance, ensuring systematic support and successful completion of the educational program.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting monthly workshops on game development in accordance with approved training materials.
- Evaluation of students' projects at the end of each master class with constructive feedback.

- Bachelor's degree in game development or a related field (preferably a Master's degree), or equivalent professional experience (at least three years).
- Excellent command of Unity, the C# programming language and Visual Studio Code.
- Skills in creating 2D/3D games and integrating interactive elements (UI, menu).
- Understanding the basics of animation and artificial intelligence (AI).
- Excellent communication skills, including written, oral and presentation speech in Kazakh and Russian; knowledge of English at least B1 is mandatory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, robotics, or a related field (Master's degree is welcome), or equivalent professional experience (at least three years).

• Excellent command of Arduino IoT, C++.

• Knowledge and practical experience of working with Lego EV3 Classroom or other educational platforms (Arduino, Micro:bit, Raspberry Pi, etc.).

• Visual programming skills (EV3 Classroom/Scratch) and basic knowledge of text languages (Python, C/C++, JavaScript) are welcome.

• Excellent communication skills, including written, oral and presentation speech in Kazakh and Russian; knowledge of English at least B1 is mandatory.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
