Project Manager (PM)
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams, understands Agile principles, and can communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver projects within agreed scope, timeline, and budget

Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, designers, QA)

Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) in day-to-day project management

Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives

Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and proactively address issues

Maintain project documentation (roadmaps, timelines, reports, backlog status)

Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders and management

Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation

Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and team collaboration
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in managing projects and teams (preferably in IT / software development)

Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches)

Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluent in Kazakh and Russian, working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Nice to Have

Experience with tools such as Trello, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Notion, or similar

Background in software development, QA, or business analysis

Brief Description
We are looking for an experienced DevOps engineer to develop and support our Kubernetes-based infrastructure. This role will involve exciting challenges, such as optimizing, automating, and securing our systems.
Responsibilities
Project Tasks:
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of the existing Kubernetes cluster and databases.
- Implement and configure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to manage access to cluster resources.
- Configure roles and privileges for users and service accounts.
- Integrate Kubernetes logging with our existing ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana) system.
- Set up centralized log management.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive backup system.
- Configure incremental backups and database replication.
- Automate backup recovery and testing processes.
- Develop backup retention policies.
- Create and test disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure high service availability.
Support Tasks (after project completion):
- Provide monitoring system support and development.
- Conduct regular container vulnerability scanning.
- Update and maintain security policies.
- Manage infrastructure changes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Automate routine operations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Linux (installation and configuration of Ubuntu Linux, system administration, troubleshooting, system calls, process management, and performance monitoring).
- In-depth knowledge of configuring Kubernetes Ingress.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE.
- Extensive knowledge of Kubernetes (architecture, deployment strategies), and understanding of security principles and RBAC.
- Experience with monitoring systems.
- Proficiency in the ELK Stack.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and relevant tools.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code.
- Understanding of networking technologies and protocols.
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of replica set architecture and sharding.
- Experience in configuring security and authentication measures.
- Proficiency with backup tools.
- Understanding of indexing and optimization mechanisms.
- Scripting skills in Bash and Python.
