Technical Support Specialist

Due to the expansion of our staff, we are looking for a technical support specialist who will be the first line of help for our clients: to consult by phone and in chat rooms, as well as to go to stores to set up the system and train employees.

X2 POS is the No. 1 automation system for trade and warehouse accounting. More than 3,000 stores in Kazakhstan operate on our platform every day. We help entrepreneurs put their sales, balances, and finances in order.

What you have to do

Basic (80% of the work):

  • Receive calls and answer chats. Advise clients on working with X2 POS, help them deal with issues and solve problems remotely
  • Travel to customer stores — install and configure the system, connect equipment, and train employees to work with the program

Additionally:

  • Connection and configuration of commercial equipment: receipt printers, barcode scanners, payment terminals, scales
  • Diagnostics and elimination of technical problems at cash desks and PCs
  • Initial setup of the network and workstations
  • Recording of all requests in CRM

What is important to us

Necessarily:

  • Fluency in Kazakh and Russian — you will communicate a lot with clients
  • Willingness to make frequent trips to clients around the city
  • Communication skills and the ability to explain technical things in simple words are the main skills in this position.
