Our main product is roadside assistance: evacuation, fuel delivery, engine start, and other services that can be obtained by subscription or on a one—time basis.

We are growing rapidly and expanding the product towards new automotive services, and now we are looking for a leading sales specialist who will help us scale the business through quality work with customers and partners.

What to do:

·       Sell telematics and service solutions for car owners: subscriptions, one-time services, corporate packages.

·       Work with both private clients and partners — car dealerships, services, fleets.

·       Participate in negotiations at the B2B level, build long-term partnerships.

·       To advise on products from a technical point of view: to explain the device, functionality, benefits.

·       Identify the customer's needs and offer the best solutions.

·       Develop the existing base, find new customers, and conduct transactions before closing.

·       Make suggestions for improving scripts, presentations, and commercial terms.

What we are looking for:

·       Experience in car sales or automotive services (evacuation, insurance, telematics, subscription, etc.) — at least 3 years.

·       Excellent understanding of the technical part of the car — you can speak the same language with the client.

·       Experience in direct sales (B2C) and/or corporate transactions (B2B).

·       Negotiation, presentation, and objection handling skills.

·       Independence, responsibility and result orientation.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting, analysis and description of technical documentation requirements;
• Development project and technical documentation (Technical Specification, terms of reference, user instructions, algorithms);
• Simulation business processes as-is/to-be;
• Performance tasks for developers and execution control;
• Working out and coordination of requirements with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Ability collect and analyze business requirements, formalize them in the form of Technical documentation;
• Knowledge business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN, UML);
• Experience working with SQL, understanding the structure of databases;
• Experience testing integration solutions (SOAP/REST API, JSON, XML);
• Ownership modeling tools (for example, Draw\.io , Figma, Visio, etc.);
• Skills maintaining project documentation, drawing up a matrix of requirements, and managing changes.
