Basic requirements

• Python at the level of confident development

·      At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales;

·      Work experience in fintech, banks, payment organizations, acquiring or IT companies will be an advantage.;

·      Negotiation and deal-making skills;

·      The ability to independently build the sales process;

·      Experience working with CRM systems;

·      Good oral and written communication;

·      Focus on results and business development.

That would be a plus:

·      Having your own network of contacts in the banking or payment sector of Kazakhstan;

·      Understanding the principles of payment gateways, acquiring, Visa, Mastercard, and alternative payment methods;

·      Experience in sales of SaaS or technological solutions for the financial sector.

• At least 3 years of experience in the field of information security.
• Practical experience in preparing information security documentation in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Understanding the requirements of PP RK No. 832 and regulatory documents in the field of information security.
• The ability to develop regulations, regulations, instructions and accounting logs.

• At least 3 years of experience in content shooting / SMM Portfolio videos + photos for brands or personal pages;
• Tools: CapCut / VN, Lightroom Mobile;
• Personal qualities punctuality, initiative, tact, calm, but with burning eyes, communication skills at the highest level

- At least 5 years of experience in QA

- At least 2 years of real-world experience in automation

- Mandatory experience writing autotests in Python/pytest

- Mandatory API automation experience

- Experience working with autotest framework and coverage extension

- Understanding HTTP clients, fixtures, test data factories, parameterization

- The ability to understand the causes of crashes in autotests and flaky tests

- The ability to promptly report problems in tests and product bugs

- Accuracy in the code and willingness to participate in the code review

- Ready to connect to manual testing if necessary

Russian is the main working language

- At least 4 years of commercial experience in QA

- A must-have iOS/Android mobile testing experience

- Mandatory experience writing and maintaining autotests in Python/pytest

- API testing experience

- Understanding of client-server interaction

- Experience working with test documentation

- Willingness to work not only with the app, but also with real devices

- The ability to independently identify risks, propose inspections and influence the quality of the product

That would be a big plus.:

- Experience with Allure TestOps

- Experience with Charles, BrowserStack, Grafana, Amplitude, Figma

- Experience in testing payments, SMS, acquiring and external integrations

- Experience with geolocation, push notifications, permissions, deep links

- English language

- Portuguese or Spanish is a big plus (but not necessarily)

- Commercial Go development experience of at least 3 years

- Deep understanding of key Go concepts: goroutines, channels, interfaces, structures, methods

- Good understanding of asynchrony, competitiveness and parallelism

- Practical experience in the development and support of gRPC services

- Understanding the Outbox pattern for reliable event delivery

- Understanding the principles of idempotence in distributed systems

- Experience working with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases

- Understanding transactions, isolation levels, and ACID properties

- Query performance optimization skill

- Experience working with large amounts of data

- Experience working with Redis, including the use of distributed locks

- Experience working with message brokers (we use NATS)

• Higher education in finance, economics, accounting or auditing.
• At least 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analytics or management reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, the ability to work with large amounts of data and build causal relationships.
• Advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query).
• Power Pivot will be a plus.
• Experience working with financial models, forecasting and scenario analysis.
• A confident 1C user (working with uploads, data analysis, module navigation).
• Experience working with BI tools and SQL skills are an advantage.
• Attention to detail, independence, ability to work in conditions of multitasking and tight deadlines.

It will be an advantage:

• Experience in automating reporting and implementing financial processes.
