- 3+ years in NLP/LLM; experience in production projects with end-to-end LLM pipelines;

- Deep knowledge of transformer architectures and LLM; experience in finetuning (LoRA / QLoRA / SFT) and instruction tuning for domain tasks;

- Confident ownership of HuggingFace Transformers, vLLM, llama.cpp ; experience in inference optimization (quantization, batching, KV-cache); working with locally deployed models;

- Deep RAG building skills: chunking strategies, vector databases (pgvector/ FAISS/Pinecone), reranking, multilingual embeddings (including Kazakh);

- Experience in minimizing hallucinations: structured outputs, guardrails, constrained decoding; conducting LLM-eval (ragas, LangSmith and analogues);

- Experience in industrial development in Python (FastAPI/ Flask, Docker, Git); understanding the legal domain and working with KZ/RU languages;

- Experience in further training ASR models (Whisper / wav2vec2 / Sortformer) on domain data; work with speaker diarization, speaker embeddings and noise reduction;

- Practical experience in extracting and modeling audio prosodic and paralinguistic features (librosa, openSMILE, parselmouth / Praat, eGeMAPS); understanding acoustic correlates of emotions and stress;

- Experience in multimodal fusion (early / late/ hybrid fusion, cross-modal attention); work with Audio Transformers (AST, HuBERT, wav2vec2) and multimodal LLM.

 - 5+ years of proven experience as Platform engineer

• Experience as a system analyst for at least 2-3 years in web and mobile development projects.
• Fluency in the Kazakh language (a prerequisite).
• Understanding the principles of REST API and SOAP design.
• Practical experience in integrating external services and information systems.
• Strong command of UML (Sequence, Use Case) and BPMN.
• Understanding relational database architecture and skills in writing SQL queries for data analysis.
• Understanding the specifics of mobile development (authorization, working with the camera, push notifications, using native device functions).
• Basic understanding of data protection and encryption principles.
• Strong command of Jira and Confluence.
• Developed communication skills, the ability to build a dialogue with representatives of government and educational organizations.
