We are looking for a Middle Fullstack Developer who is comfortable owning a feature end-to-end — from the data model to the interface — and who wants to take part in architectural decisions rather than just closing tickets.

BACKEND

— 3+ years of commercial experience in .NET development

— Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET ecosystem

— Solid experience designing and implementing REST APIs

— Confident work with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL / MSSQL)

— Hands-on experience with EF Core

— Practical understanding of CQRS, experience with MediatR

— Understanding of asynchronous programming and concurrency

FRONTEND

— Commercial experience with React and TypeScript: you can deliver a feature end-to-end without waiting for someone else to wire up the frontend

— Confident with hooks, component composition, and state management

— Experience consuming REST APIs on the client side and handling asynchronous data flows

— Ability to turn a design or a rough sketch into a working, responsive interface

— Understanding of what makes a React application slow and how to fix it

ENGINEERING PRACTICES

— Knowledge of SOLID principles, clean code practices, and testing strategies

— Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker

— Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools

— English at B1+ level: documentation and written communication

— Ability to work independently, take ownership, and clearly communicate technical decisions

— Ability to work from our office in Astana

NICE TO HAVE

— Message brokers (RabbitMQ or similar) and caching strategies (Redis, MemoryCache)

— BPMN and process engines (Camunda, Zeebe or similar)

Sales experience of at least 6 months. Competent oral and written communication, the ability to conduct a dialogue, identify the needs of the client and work with objections. Understanding of the sales funnel, CRM skills. Result orientation, responsibility and willingness to work with a large volume of incoming applications.

• Advanced Internet user: follows the trends in web design, web development and Internet marketing.

At least 5 years of commercial Java development.

Deep expertise in Java and the Spring ecosystem: Spring Boot, Spring

Data, Spring Security.

Confident work with PostgreSQL: schema design, optimization

queries and working with indexes.

Experience in designing REST API, microservice architecture, and

integrations with third-party systems.

Experience working with Kafka or RabbitMQ message queues and

caching in Redis.

Practical experience with Docker and CI/CD.

Understanding the principles of high-load systems,

fault tolerance and observability: logging, metrics, tracking.

The ability to write clean, testable code and cover it with a unit- and

integration tests.

Knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, and approaches to

building microservice systems.

Experience working in a cross-functional product team.

Higher technical education in Computer Science / IT or

equivalent practical experience.

Basic requirements for a UX/UI designer:

• At least 1 year of experience as a UX/UI designer;
• Strong command of Figma and prototyping tools;
• Having a portfolio with examples of website interfaces or mobile applications;
• Knowledge of the basic principles of UX and UI design;
• Ability to analyze user needs and behavior;
• User scenario development, structure, and navigation skills;
• The ability to create prototypes, mockups, and interactive elements;

Basic requirements for a Data Analyst:

• Experience working with data and analytical reporting;
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Tables: formulas, pivot tables, charts;
• Knowledge of SQL and the ability to make queries to databases;
• Experience working with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or other BI systems;
• The ability to collect, clean, process and organize large amounts of data;
• Knowledge of basic statistical analysis methods;
• Ability to develop clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations;
• Analytical thinking, attentiveness and accuracy in calculations;
