About the vacancy:
We are looking for a project support manager who will be responsible for the outcome of customer support in the areas of Roof Agents and New Buildings — through metrics, processes and team effectiveness.
The first and second line teams are in your area of responsibility.: You manage workload, conversions, and the quality of request processing, and you influence revenue through working with leads and customers. It is important here not just to maintain the process, but to systematically improve it: find bottlenecks, speed up processing, improve quality, and scale the result.
We expect you to:
- Experience in optimizing support/customer service processes;
- Experience in developing, implementing, and managing KPIs and operational metrics;
