About the vacancy:

We are looking for an information security specialist who will be responsible for raising awareness in the field of information security, developing information security management, internal control and compliance processes.

The role involves participation in internal audits, monitoring the implementation of ITGC controls, developing processes to raise user awareness and updating the regulatory framework for information security.

We expect you to:

• Work experience in the field of information security / IT audit / IT controls / compliance;
• Understanding the principles of information security and risk management;
• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of information technology, communications, personal data and information security;
• Knowledge of international and national information security standards and frameworks (ISO/IEC 2700x, NIST, ITGC, etc.);
• Knowledge of the principles of operation and administration of Active Directory and similar account and access management systems;

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in product analytics, including at least 2-3 years in leadership roles (Lead / Head of Analytics).
• Experience working in product teams with a fast release cycle; understanding product discovery, A/B testing, and unit economics.
• Strong technical background: SQL at the expert level, Python for analysis, confident work with modern BI (Amplitude, Tableau, Metabase or analogues).
• The experience of building a metric system from scratch or seriously rebuilding it.
• Experience in hiring and developing a team of analysts.

• Experience in travel, marketplaces, or e-commerce is a big plus.

Basic requirements

• Field of study: Artificial intelligence and machine learning

• Knowledge of Python and the basic principles of working with large language models (LLM)

• Understanding Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques: tokenization, embeddings, semantic search

• Basic experience with LLM orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex) will be

• Interest in the development of conversational agents and STT (Speech-to-Text) systems

Basic requirements

• Field of study: Hardware cryptographic systems / Physics of radio waves
