We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the commercial team. You work the top of the funnel: outbound research, first contact, qualification, and booking meetings with large companies.

What matters:

• Experience: 1–3 years in B2B sales or lead generation. Outbound experience is a plus.
• Understanding of the IT market: a basic grasp of cloud solutions, CRM systems, and how AI is changing the way companies work. Deep technical expertise is not required.
• Initiative: willingness to find companies yourself and make the first approach.
• Fast learning: able to get into an unfamiliar industry in one evening, well enough to ask a sensible question in it.
• Speed of response: an inbound lead should not wait. First response within half an hour during business hours.
• Discipline in your notes: in three months someone will reconstruct the conversation from your CRM.
• Languages: fluent Russian and Kazakh. English is a plus.
• Tools: experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Hunter.io or equivalents is a plus.

• Education and experience: Higher professional education (Accounting and Audit / Finance), at least 3 years of experience as an accountant.

• Knowledge of legislation: Excellent knowledge of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and IFRS.

• Programs: A confident user of 1C 8.3, IS ESF,SONO, NP Cabinet, Client Bank andExcel.

• Qualities: Attention to detail, responsibility, consistency.

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial mobile application development, preferably on Flutter/Dart;
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting development trainings/bootcamps, preferably in an offline format;
• Practical experience in using AI tools and agents in development (for example, Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot and similar);
• Understanding the principles of Clean Architecture, State Management (BLoC/Cubit), working with REST API and Firebase;
• The ability to work with a group of 30-40 female students and build a friendly, supportive learning environment;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Russian;

The coach must demonstrate technical skills in the following areas::

• Development and implementation of practical training courses, preferably in an offline format;

• Using Flutter, Firebase, Figma, AI tools/agents and other platforms necessary for the course.
