Rust Backend Developer    Level: Middle / Middle+ / Senior

Our research center has created a completely different solution for data storage and transmission - the MTP Protocol.

The solution is non-standard, which has no analogues or any examples in world practice, therefore, the approach to work implies flexibility of thinking and beliefs for the opportunity to learn new things.

The protocol has already passed all the stages of verification of functionality and efficiency and has been brought to the level of industrial implementation.

In connection with the start of the new phase, we are looking for:

Rust Backend Developer   

Level: Middle / Middle+ / Senior  

Responsibilities

• Development and support of backend logic in Rust  

• Working with data processing and optimization

• Work with multithreading and asynchrony  

• Development of CLI utilities and service modules  

• Buffering, caching, I/O optimization  

• Integration of Rust components with backend services of another stack (Java)  

• Ensuring stable operation under Windows and Linux  

• Writing tests and refactoring code  

Requirements

• 2+ years of Rust development experience  

• Knowledge of serde, tokio or other major libraries  

• Experience working with binary formats, hashing, and data streaming  

• The skill of working with files, streams and data structure  

• Understanding multithreading and asynchronous models  

• Experience in performance optimization (CPU, memory, IO)  

That would be a plus

• Experience in developing cryptographic systems  

• Experience with Rust and Java integration

Sales Operations Coordinator

The Sales Operations SOW Approval Analyst will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, providing analytical support, and managing sales tools to ensure that the sales team's goals are met, with special attention to the corporate contract approval process.Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of pre-sale activities:

IT Infrastructure Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced specialist who will take over the operational control of IT infrastructure projects and ensure their effective implementation.

Main responsibilities:

IT Project Management:

  • Lead the implementation of external and internal IT infrastructure projects and initiatives;
  • Prepare and manage project plans, tasks, requirements, financial indicators, risks and problems, plan resources, changes and purchases;
  • Promptly respond to incidents and critical issues: identify root causes (RCA) and propose appropriate solutions; provide timely reports and status updates to higher management;
  • Form and coordinate technical assignments, keep up-to-date project documentation, presentation and technical materials.

IT infrastructure management:

  • Design, implement, and coordinate information systems, policies, and procedures;
  • Develop architectural solutions and monitor their implementation in the field of telecommunications, computing and network technologies;
  • Define criteria for the level of service, create regulations and change management processes.

Communications:

  • Interact with the customer's business units and teams to identify the systems, processes, and information resources needed for project activities.;
  • Coordinate work with engineering teams to ensure high quality of services provided;
  • Analyze business processes and IT systems for potential security vulnerabilities and risks (knowledge of security requirements will be an advantage);
  • To build long-term trusting relationships with customers, to ensure prompt response to requests and professional support.

What we expect from the candidate:

  • English, B1 and above
  • At least 10 years of IT experience
  • Proven experience in team interaction and leadership, leadership skills, ability to focus on achieving results, responsibility;
  • Practical IT infrastructure administration skills: Linux, Windows, Network, Virtualization, Public or Private Cloud, Scripting, deployment automation.
  • Understanding of ITIL and project management methodologies;
  • Knowledge of network routing, switches, VoIP and related wired and wireless network systems;

Basic requirements

  • Accounting experience of LLP on ESD
  • Company support experience in Astana Hub (preferably)
