Leading Sales Specialist (automotive expert)

We are a team litro.kz , creating a digital ecosystem for car owners in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

Our main product is roadside assistance: evacuation, fuel delivery, engine start, and other services that can be obtained by subscription or on a one—time basis.

We are growing rapidly and expanding the product towards new automotive services, and now we are looking for a leading sales specialist who will help us scale the business through quality work with customers and partners.

What to do:

·       Sell telematics and service solutions for car owners: subscriptions, one-time services, corporate packages.

·       Work with both private clients and partners — car dealerships, services, fleets.

·       Participate in negotiations at the B2B level, build long-term partnerships.

·       To advise on products from a technical point of view: to explain the device, functionality, benefits.

·       Identify the customer's needs and offer the best solutions.

·       Develop the existing base, find new customers, and conduct transactions before closing.

·       Make suggestions for improving scripts, presentations, and commercial terms.

What we are looking for:

·       Experience in car sales or automotive services (evacuation, insurance, telematics, subscription, etc.) — at least 3 years.

·       Excellent understanding of the technical part of the car — you can speak the same language with the client.

·       Experience in direct sales (B2C) and/or corporate transactions (B2B).

·       Negotiation, presentation, and objection handling skills.

·       Independence, responsibility and result orientation.

It will be a plus:

·       Understanding the principles of digital services and subscription models.
