IT Help Desk Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist with handling Help Desk L1/L2 incidents (under the supervision of experienced specialists).

• Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate/transfer tasks to the next support level.

• Configure workstations and peripheral devices (PCs, printers, mobile devices).

• Install and update software according to provided instructions.

• Work with the Service Desk system (create, process, and update tickets).

• Contribute to documenting solutions and creating user guides/instructions.

• Consult users on common issues and standard requests.

• Provide on-site office user support (under the supervision of experienced specialists).

Requirements

• 4th-year students or graduates of a technical university (IT / Computer Science / Electronics).

• Basic knowledge of Windows (installation, configuration, working with software).

• Understanding of basic networking principles (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN — at a basic level).

• Strong desire to grow in technical support and system administration.

• Attentiveness, responsibility, and strong communication skills with colleagues and users.

• English sufficient to read technical documentation; certificates are a plus or willingness to take an online test.

Skills (Nice to have)

• Experience assembling/configuring PCs or participation in academic IT projects.

• Knowledge of office applications (MS Office, Outlook).

• Ability to use remote support tools (RDP, Remote Assistance).

• Understanding of ITIL processes (an advantage, but not mandatory).

• Basic skills in searching for and resolving common issues (Google, forums, documentation, AI tools).

Junior Software Engineer

Requirements:

• English proficiency sufficient to understand task assignments and project documentation, and to conduct technical correspondence.

• Basic technical knowledge sufficient to complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in software development of project solutions as part of a project team, in line with the project’s objectives.

• Follow the development methodology, rules, and practices adopted in the company and defined within the project.

• Deliver assigned tasks of low to medium complexity within established deadlines.

• Follow the team lead’s instructions and task execution guidelines, and provide results/updates on the work completed.

• Inform the team lead in a timely manner if you are unable to complete a task within the agreed timeframe.

• Be proactive in your work and reach out to the team lead to resolve any questions or issues.

• Continuously improve your proficiency in relevant technologies, aim to enhance code quality, and participate in company training sessions.

• Continuously improve your English language skills.

• Know and follow established corporate rules and company culture.
