As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will lead and oversee the delivery of projects in public cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). This role combines strong technical expertise with delivery leadership and functional management responsibilities. You will manage the full project lifecycle — from high-level design (HLD) and effort estimation (LOE) to execution, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction.

You will also prepare Bills of Materials (BOM), assess resource requirements, and act as the first point of escalation for project-related issues. Applying FinOps practices, you will ensure optimized cloud spending and efficient resource utilization. Additionally, you will provide functional leadership to your team, supporting performance management, skills development, and workload planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of multiple public cloud projects (Azure, AWS, GCP) from inception to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Drive HLD design for cloud-based solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Prepare BOM and LOE estimations, and evaluate project resource requirements.
• Apply FinOps principles for cost control and optimization.
• Break down complex technical problems into actionable tasks.
• Act as the first point of escalation for technical and delivery-related issues.
• Provide functional management for team members, including performance reviews, mentoring, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and operations teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Maintain compliance with best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• AWS, Azure, and/or GCP certifications.
• Proven experience managing technical delivery of projects in Azure, AWS, and/or GCP environments.
• Strong technical background with ability to participate in architecture discussions and solution design.
• Experience in FinOps or cloud cost optimization.
• Hands-on experience with BOM preparation, LOE estimation, and resource planning.
• Proven track record in functional management: team leadership, mentoring, and performance management.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience in multi-cloud project delivery.
• Knowledge of industry-specific compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC, etc.).
• Exposure to telecom or large-scale enterprise projects.

• CRM: Funnel setup, base segmentation, and lead transfer control.

• Blog/channel: Developing a content strategy, creating lead magnets.

• Affiliate program: Attracting partners, creating materials for them, and analyzing effectiveness.

• Marketplaces: Profile management, reviews, and card optimization.

3. Contractor management (statement of technical specifications and control):

• SEO specialist: technical specifications for the audit, semantic core, acceptance of work.

• Content Manager/The copywriter: Content plan, technical specifications for articles and texts.

• The designer: Technical specifications for the graphics for all channels, control of the guidelines.

QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Test Data;
• Testing, including regression tests, of a solutions and its accompanying documentation;
• Taking part in Bug/Change Management: create new bug/change issues, work with the existing ones;
• Discussion with developers, engineers, business analysts of all the issues that are to be clarified, coordinated and defined more accurate; Coordination on quality issues with other departments;
• Coordination with QA Lead, escalate and submit any outstanding issues encountered during testing/bug fixing to QA Lead approval;
• Reporting about progress of work to QA Lead on daily basis.

Requirements:

• English on high level to write and communicate with team & Customer; Communicative, active, customer-facing;
• Understanding or experience with any task management system (JIRA);
• Understanding of project life cycle & testing basics;
• Desire to work in Quality Assurance.
