Brief description
-
* We are looking for a lawyer for digital products: public offer, license, terms of entry and user documents for the site/platform.
* The task is to legally correct the sale and access of digital materials, reducing the risk of claims and disputes.
Responsibilities
-
* Development and updating: public offer, terms of use/access, license agreements, return policies, access transfer agreements/regulations.
* Preparation of contract templates for clients and partners (B2C), applications, acts, accounts/invoices.
* Legal expertise of the texts of the site/lending/payment pages: price, payment, terms of access, restrictions, liability, force majeure, refusal/refund.
* Approval of the legal logic" payment → acceptance → transfer of access " and proof of acceptance/agreement (check boxes, logins, versions of documents).
* Consultations to the team on issues of claim work: answers to complaints, Pre-Trial Regulation.
* Control of changes in legislation and identification of documents.
Requirements
-
* Contract work experience, priority-offers / licenses/digital products, e-commerce / it.
* Ability to write clear and "working" documents without water, with clear conditions and risk warnings.
* Experience in filing claims and the ability to collect legally significant evidence (correspondence, payments, logs, versions).
* Attention to detail, consistency, compliance with deadlines.
* Knowledge of the regulation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in terms of e-commerce and Consumer Rights, personal data protection will be a plus.
