IT Project Manager, Infrastructure 

Responsibilities

· Leading end-to-end IT infrastructure projects, including architecture design, data center deployments, network upgrades, and hardware refreshes

· Managing IT service transitions, cybersecurity initiatives, and large-scale infrastructure migrations

· Creating and maintaining comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules

· Driving stakeholder alignment, conducting regular communication, and managing expectations at all levels

· Monitoring project KPIs, performance, and timelines to ensure delivery against business goals

· Preparing and delivering status reports to internal teams and leadership

· Coordinating cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure project execution and risk mitigation

· Ensuring project documentation, compliance, and change control processes are maintained

Requirements

· 5–7 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably on infrastructure programs

· Strong background in network architecture, infrastructure deployment, and device lifecycle management

· Proven experience with IT service transitions, network security, and cybersecurity projects

· Solid understanding of project governance, budget management, and risk assessment

· Excellent skills in stakeholder communication, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams across European time zones

· PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a strong plus

Business Processes Transformation Lead

Responsibilities

· Analyze and redesign global business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities

· Lead and support high-impact transformation initiatives that deliver 3–5% cost-of-ownership (COP) savings per year

· Partner with cross-functional teams (quality, finance, supply chain, engineering, etc.) to implement lean, scalable processes

· Use process mapping, mining, and modeling tools (e.g., Bizagi, Visio, Lucidchart) to define and visualize workflows

· Gather and analyze performance and user data to track results and drive evidence-based improvements

· Document process changes, provide training and coaching on tools and methods, and ensure sustainable adoption

· Champion continuous improvement through stakeholder engagement, governance collaboration, and knowledge sharing

· Operate with autonomy and lead change management strategies that align with business goals

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field

· 5+ years of experience in business process transformation or optimization (pharma or life sciences preferred)

· Proficiency with process mapping/modeling tools and basic process mining

· Strong analytical, facilitation, and change management skills (e.g., ProSci or e3+ certification)

· Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing at all organizational levels

· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities in multicultural environments

· Demonstrated success driving measurable improvements in complex, regulated environments

· Fluent in English; additional languages a plus

· Exposure to RPA, Design Thinking, Agile, or PMP/CAPM certification is a bonus

We are committed to helping to systematically develop products, bring them to the international market and link development, analytics and business into a single strategy product manager looking for.

Tasks

• Formation and development of product strategies for B2C and B2B areas - Gamesdro.io & Whoeasle B2B API-Hub.

• Analyze the market, user behavior, form CJM and growth hypotheses.

• Manage roadmap and back blog on Youtrack

• Conduct A / B tests, work with indicators: DAU, Retention, Conversion, LTV, ARPU, Churn.

• Collecting requirements from customers, partners and marketing, documenting fichi (PRD, user stories).

• Interaction with development teams (Go / next.JS), design and marketing.

• Participate in the development of UX improvements and new product solutions.

• Working with analytics (GA4, Grafana, I am a metric).

Who are we looking for

• In Digital or fintech projects 2-3 years in the Product Manager / Product Owner role experience.

• Product approach, understand the principles of CJM, JTBD and data-driven management.
