Brief Description

  •  We are seeking a talented and experienced C++ Developer with deep expertise in Unreal Engine to join our core development team. You will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and optimizing robust gameplay systems and engine-level features that form the backbone of our cutting-edge project. This role is ideal for a developer passionate about performance, clean architecture, and pushing the technical boundaries of real-time interactive experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ gameplay systems (e.g., character control, AI, game mechanics, UI) within Unreal Engine 5.

  • Extend and customize the Unreal Engine framework to meet specific project needs.

  • Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices and coding standards.

  • Profile, analyze, and optimize systems for performance across multiple platforms (PC, console). 

Requirements

  •  Strong professional proficiency in modern C++ (C++17/20), with a focus on object-oriented design, memory management, and multi-threading.
  • Proven commercial experience developing with Unreal Engine 4/5, including deep familiarity with its core modules, gameplay framework, and tools (Blueprint integration is a plus).

  • Experience in at least one full game development cycle or a significant project using Unreal Engine.

  • Solid understanding of 3D math, data structures, and algorithms relevant to game development.

  • We are seeking a technically adept IT Product Manager to own the development and lifecycle of our core learning platform. Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for defined platform modules (e.g., adaptive learning engine, analytics dashboard, API services).
  • Work directly with engineering teams (backend, frontend, DevOps) to create detailed user stories, technical acceptance criteria, and system diagrams.
  • Prioritize the product backlog based on technical feasibility, business value, and architectural strategy.
  • Collaborate with UX and Instructional Design to ensure technical implementations deliver an intuitive user experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, or in a software engineering role transitioning to product.
