Responsibilities

• Conducting code review and quality control of the frontend code.

• Development and optimization of complex web applications on Next.js + TypeScript.

• Designing the frontend architecture and improving existing solutions.

• Legacy code refactoring, implementation of modern approaches and standards.

• Mentoring and support for junior developers.

• Participation in technical discussions and selection of architectural solutions.

• Optimizing interface performance, enhancing Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals.

• Setup and maintenance of CI/CD processes.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of frontend development experience, confident command of React and Next.js .

• In-depth knowledge of TypeScript, architectural patterns and principles of modular design.

• Experience designing client application architecture from scratch.

• The ability to conduct code reviews, implement coding standards, and improve the team's engineering practices.

• Experience working with legacy code, system refactoring, and performance optimization.

• Knowledge of Lighthouse tools, Core Web Vitals, and frontend profiling methods.

• Experience working with CI/CD, Git, Docker.

• Mentoring and knowledge transfer skills to the team.

• The ability to make technical decisions, take responsibility, and lead tasks to results.

  • Legacy code refactoring, improving stability and performance.

  • Mentoring is the support and training of juniors and middles.

  • Setup and maintenance of CI/CD, logging, monitoring.

  • Optimization of database queries, implementation of caching and message queues (Redis, BullMQ, RabbitMQ).

  • Participation in technical discussions and architectural decision-making.

   

Requirements

• At least 4 years of backend development experience (Nest.js is required).

• Understanding microservice architecture and SOLID principles.

• Experience conducting code reviews and training colleagues.

• Skills of working with legacy projects and code optimization.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and creative Prompt Engineer Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about AI, language models, and automation to gain hands-on experience in crafting effective prompts and optimizing AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, test, and refine prompts for various GPT models 

• Collaborate with the team to understand business requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions

• Document prompt engineering best practices and create prompt libraries

• Analyze and optimize AI model outputs for accuracy, relevance, and efficiency

• Experiment with different prompting techniques (few-shot learning, chain-of-thought, role-based prompting, etc.)

• Assist in evaluating AI model performance and providing improvement recommendations

• Support the integration of AI solutions into existing workflows

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Kazakh language (written) - mandatory

• Strong written communication skills in English

• Ability to think creatively and solve problems

• Strong interest in learning and improving prompt engineering skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with n8n (workflow automation platform) - significant advantage

• Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques and best practices

• Experience with API integrations

• Knowledge of Python or Javascript

• Understanding of JSON and data structures
