  building an accounting and CRM system (amoCRM / HubSpot — by agreement)

Requirements

•  

  at least 3 years of experience as Head of Sales / Sales Manager
  successful experience in building or scaling a sales department

• Developing the backend part in FastAPI (Python).
• Create and maintain a chat interface (UI) without critical bugs.
• API implementation for uploading files (Excel, CSV, PDF), decryption, and integration with AI models.
