At Reunico, we develop and implement IT solutions for B2B clients based on the process approach and BPMN notation.

We have projects to automate complex business processes, integrate corporate systems, and develop high-load services.

Now we are looking forA system analyst, who will be a key link between business and development, will be able to design the architecture of processes, systems, and data, as well as formulate requirements so that developers can implement them quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

By yourself:

• Collecting, analyzing, clarifying, and formalizing requirements.

• Modeling of business processes in BPMN and system interactions in UML.

• Designing the architecture of solutions.

• Designing database structures, defining relationships, keys, and constraints.

• Development of business rules, data processing logic, and system operation scenarios.

• Decomposition of tasks and their assignment to developers.

• Preparation of Acceptance Criteria.

• Preparation of specifications, diagrams and diagrams.

Together with the team:

• • Participation in integration projects.

  • Coordination of design solutions with architects, analysts and developers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a system analyst.

• Excellent knowledge of BPMN, DMN and UML notations.

• Experience working with Camunda (7 or 8).

• Relational database design experience and SQL skills.

• Experience working with business rules and building data processing scenarios.

• The skill of task decomposition and formulation of requirements for developers.

• Experience in designing and protecting architectural solutions.

• Experience in preparing Acceptance Criteria.

• Understanding the principles of Enterprise architecture.

• Understanding the modern technology stack means that you do not need to be able to administer, but it is important to understand what is used and for what (for example: Kubernetes — for container orchestration, Kafka — for messaging, PostgreSQL — for data storage, Grafana — for monitoring, Keycloak — for authentication and authorization, etc.).

• Conducting code review and quality control of the frontend code.

• Development and optimization of complex web applications on Next.js + TypeScript.

• Designing the frontend architecture and improving existing solutions.

• Legacy code refactoring, implementation of modern approaches and standards.

• Mentoring and support for junior developers.

• Participation in technical discussions and selection of architectural solutions.

• Optimizing interface performance, enhancing Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals.

• Setup and maintenance of CI/CD processes.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of frontend development experience, confident command of React and Next.js .

• In-depth knowledge of TypeScript, architectural patterns and principles of modular design.

• Experience designing client application architecture from scratch.

• The ability to conduct code reviews, implement coding standards, and improve the team's engineering practices.

• Experience working with legacy code, system refactoring, and performance optimization.

• Knowledge of Lighthouse tools, Core Web Vitals, and frontend profiling methods.

• Experience working with CI/CD, Git, Docker.

• Mentoring and knowledge transfer skills to the team.

• The ability to make technical decisions, take responsibility, and lead tasks to results.

  • Development and optimization of backend services on Nest.js .

  • Designing the architecture of microservices and improving existing solutions.

  • Legacy code refactoring, improving stability and performance.

  • Mentoring is the support and training of juniors and middles.

  • Setup and maintenance of CI/CD, logging, monitoring.

  • Optimization of database queries, implementation of caching and message queues (Redis, BullMQ, RabbitMQ).

  • Participation in technical discussions and architectural decision-making.

   

Requirements

• At least 4 years of backend development experience (Nest.js is required).

• Understanding microservice architecture and SOLID principles.

• Experience conducting code reviews and training colleagues.

• Skills of working with legacy projects and code optimization.

• Understanding CI/CD, Docker, and DevOps processes.

• The ability to work independently and propose architectural solutions.
