On October 14, 2024, an exciting Speaker Talks event dedicated to modern approaches in the field of cybersecurity took place within the walls of the Oskemen Hub. The speaker was Karina Abakova, one of the first Application Security Engineer in Kazakhstan, working at Beeline. With extensive experience and knowledge, Karina shared with the audience the trends and technological innovations that are already changing the face of security in the digital world.
At the meeting, Karina highlighted current issues and approaches to application protection, talked about best practices in this area and offered participants her unique point of view on key challenges. A holder of EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (ECSA) and ISO27001 Certified Internal Auditor certificates, she is also actively involved in TEDxAstana and TEDxAlmaty, which makes her presentations not only informative, but also inspiring.
